Thank you Todd & Paul for your service. Paul first came to us, saying that all we needed was to call the city for a drain, and charged us nothing. Todd's the man. Woke up very early Sunday morning to a leaking bathroom sink pipe that had left a wet mess under the sink. Called Todd up, and he was here in a couple of hours (still early on a Sunday morning!!!). Had the pipe fixed in a jiffy, and took care of a couple of other minor things while he was at it. Gave us some great advice about how to take care of things like this in the future. As a new home owner getting used to these things, finding someone so reliable, honest, reasonably priced and efficient is awesome. We'll be calling him for all our future plumbing needs.

Both of my toilets clogged, found Todd on yelp, he came out right away, went on the roof clear my blockage from the roof. He give me free camera inspection, found that my sewer line got tree roots. He charge me very reasonable price. I'm very satisfy with his service, will refer him to friends and family.

Super fast and great service! I messaged via Yelp and Todd responded within minutes, and was at my house in under an hour fixing the problem (clogged outside drain). He fixed it and then ran his drain camera to find the cause (tree root), and gave us some options for fixing it. Will definitely use him again.

Todd (Tai) Nguyen and his sidekick, Tom, came today, Sunday, on time as scheduled, after I reached out to them through Yelp. They took their shoes off outside the door out of respect, and they not only took a look at the drain, but before they did anything, they looked at what was happening underneath, access through the downstairs closet, to make sure I had the full picture and they looked at all the options. They then snaked the drain, twice, sent working so took a deeper look and opened the drain and took out the clog. They were thorough and kind. They did the work, the right way, even though it took longer than anticipated, and then they offered me a deal on really correcting the issue long-term, a permanent fix, that was incredibly reasonable. I won't use anyone else kobing forward. They deserve these 5 stars.
