It all started with a slow draining laundry room sink. Soon it progressed to a clogged tub drain. We called Drain Rooter because they have a camera to look in the pipes and see exactly what was going on. Henry was so good and explained everything that was going on. He gave all our drains a complete washing out with a pressure treatment. Wow the stuff that came out was unbelievable. He got all our drains working as good as new again. Had an appointment for some plumbing work through my home warranty. Drain Rooter took two weeks to contact me to set up the appointment. Once the appointment was set they didn't show up and didn't even bother giving me a call or text to let me know. Tried calling them and just got their VM. Then I was contacted by another plumber letting me know Drain Rooter cancelled my work order. All Drain Rooter had to do was call/ text me so I didn't waste my day sitting around waiting for them. Won't be using Drain Rooter in the future.

Had an excellent experience with Henry and Drain Rooter. Initiated through home warranty claim to investigate issues with water heater that had been recently replaced by another company through the home warranty. Henry was able to troubleshoot and identify some issues that were overlooked by the previous company during the replacement. While ultimately the warranty company rejected the replacement claim, I found the price quoted to fix the issues to be more than fair and the work was completed in a timely and thorough manner.

Henry explained and demonstrated the solutions to what turned out to be a complex issue in a manner that made it very clear what was causing the issues and why what he was proposing would alleviate the problems. After the work was completed, there have been zero issues. My only regret is that my warranty company didn't dispatch Drain Rooter to handle the original call to replace the water heater in August. I feel confident that they had, Henry would have gotten the job taken care of properly the first time and saved the additional aggravation. I will not hesitate to use Henry and Drain Rooter again in the future for my plumbing needs.
