Henry is amazing. I have used him for several years for both business purposes on the rental properties that I manage and also for personal issues. I trust him completely and quite honestly do not feel comfortable using anyone else but Henry. He has never let me down and he does honest good quality work that I as a businessman can depend on.

We called Henry out on a project today and we were super impressed with the way he was able to troubleshoot the shower that was leaking. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to leak detection. He broke down four scenarios of the water intrusion. We will be opening up some drywall to determine the exact cause of the leak and then we will be calling Henry back out to do the plumbing repair.

If you're interested in putting up with a ridiculously rude and inept owner, this is the place.

Henry doesn't know what he is doing, his goal is to rip you off and see how he can get away with it.

Stay away from these guys if you can at ALL COSTS!!!!

They couldn't diagnose an issue if their life depended on it , they dont know how to price a deal they back pedal when you catch them in their little scam.

Do yourself a HIGE favor and find another plumbing company.

Plenty of other good ones out there.

A simple clog with our washing machine turned into both showers flooding when the toilet was flushed. Henry and his guys scoped the piping and discovered really back cracks in the cast iron piping. As a first time homeowner, this was all extremely shocking because we weren't sure how to deal with our insurance company to get coverage. Not only did they assist us with homeowner's insurance lingo, but they helped us prove our case to make sure USAA would cover everything we are entitled to. They were understanding and patient with all our questions, and were reassuring the whole way through despite our apprehensions. As long as we live in San Diego we'll be going to Drain Rooter USA for all of our plumbing issues!

It took us a few tries to find out what what the problem was, but Henry and his team were attentive, kind, respectful and also very nice about educating us on the process along the way. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they were super nice, which is a great bonus. It's not always an easy fix, but we feel fortunate to have had this team of guys helping us come to a solution. As a working mom, I also really appreciate the real-time updates from the staff. If they were running late, they let us know and they would call/text when they were on the way. Thank you all!

Be very aware that this man does not have your best interest at hand. First of all, you can never get him on the phone and his business phones are not connected now, he only responds through texts. I made an appt for him to be out Friday between 2-5pm, after 3 texts to him Friday, he texts me back at 9:30pm stating he forgot he had an appt but promises without a doubt, that he will be there between 12-2pm the next day. 2:30pm rolls around and I still don't hear from him. Texted him twice, finally ges a text back stating he will be there between 4-4:30pm and of course he never showed up, never texted back, NOTHING!

Today, Monday I text him that I will give him a bad review with one of the people he works for, and he gives me a sob story that his mom passed away 6-8 weeks ago and he hasn't been himself and hopes I give him another chance in the future.

If his mom passed, that is very very sad and I know how that hurts however by the looks of the other reviews, he has been flaky for years. DON'T USE HIM! He doesn't seem to understand that our time, customers time, is important as well.

I don't know those of you who gives him good reviews, but you must be family or friends and not REAL customers, or your getting the work done for free!

By far the worst service ever. This is my first review on yelp and I just want led to warn everyone that their service is horrible. They were late for the initial inspection by an hour. It was all good until they did not show up for the appointment that was scheduled for the actual repair. I had to call and they mentioned that they were busy from the last job and said they texted me that they were running late. I did not receive a text by the way. They go on and say they are short handed. They eventually came in for the repair (days later). I had to schedule an appointment for the dry wall repair a week later. Guess what happens on the appointment? No show or courtesy phone call. Again, I called and they apologized blah blah blah. They actually called my warranty company and had them call me because they had to reschedule (again) 3 days later. I wanted a new company to finish Drain Rooters job. Talk about a half a** job. I would never hire this company ever and I would like to warn everyone.

My Home Warranty company hired Drain Rooter to fix a leak in my rental house while we are on vacation. The renters had to sit home during the ""2 hour window"" twice, they never showed up, cancelling and rescheduling. The leak has ruined the teak floor. It continues to leak. WTF? Do I have to drive back to San Diego and handle this myself? Apparently. I will find someone reliable.
