We had a new Rheem water heater installed 6 months ago and now the unit's pilot light will not stay not on. Rheem warranty service sent out Drain Rite Plumbing. Michael from Drain Rite promptly replaced the component indicated by the diagnostic readings from the water heater. This unfortunately did not resolve the problem. Michael then began troubleshooting the issue and quickly found the real problem and had it resolved in record time. Michael had everything he needed with him in the truck to handle all possible scenarios. He was professional and is very knowledgeable in his profession. He represents Drain Rite Plumbing and himself in an exemplary manner. Thanks for a job well done!

I had a brand new Rheem water heater installed, but the gas valve started making this buzzing noise. So, Michael from Drain-Rite, on Rheem's behalf, came out and did the repair within ten minutes. He was VERY knowledgeable on the unit and showed good understanding of the electronics inside the gas valve! Even though I was ready to call it good after Michael told me the buzzing noise was normal, he still offered to change out the unit to see if the noise goes away, and it did! He was extremely professional and kept everything clean. You can tell when a person does things diligently, and Michael was top notch in that regard, in addition to the fact that he was very skillful and experienced. Besides, take a look at his truck; it's the cleanest and most organized work truck I've seen. :)

I wouldn't have known how good they are had I not gone through two different plumbers in a week. In terms of knowledge, experience, everything, Drain Rite is the BEST. I feel very lucky to have found these guys. I WILL definitely have them over for other plumbing needs - such as water filtration, etc.

No problem with replacing shower and toilet valves. Good communication, price reasonable, issues were addressed promptly. The only gripe was no booties on the shoes and a little mess afterward.

Was referred to Drain Rite by Rheem to have my control valve replaced under a warranty. I needed hot water asap. I can endure a cold shower for a couple of days, but the wife and two little girls are a different story. While at breakfast with the kids, I received a call from John shortly after I got off the phone with Rheem. John was able to fit me in within the hour. The tech, Mike, beat me to the house. Through the Ring, I directed him to the side of house to get started. Mike was done in no time. Work looks good. Really nice guy. Represented himself and the company well. My water heater's pilot light went out, called 3 different plumbers who couldn't see me the same day. Then I tried calling the manufacturer (GE) and they gave me 2 options: 1. they would send me the part I needed (the thermocoupler) but it would take 5 days to get here or 2. they could search for a plumber nearby who might have the part and be able to fix the problem. Lo and behold with fingers crossed, they GE operator said they found Drain Rite Plumbing and said to call them in the next 5 minutes and maybe they could fix the water heater the same day. So I quickly said thank you and hung up, immediately dialed Drain Rite Plumbing and was greeted by John who thankfully had the part I needed and was able to come to my house that same day I called. In 25 minutes, Michael arrived and got to work, no fluff or talking about potential other problems. He got to work right away, and I kid you not he was done with everything in 15 minutes! Pilot light stayed lit, flame was going, and water was heating up. Very satisfied with Drain Rite Plumbing, quick...professional...courteous...did the job right the 1st time!

Our water heater went out, during a cold streak in January. We contacted a plumber who was able to get it started, but who then told us we needed a new Thermocoupler. We were referred to Drain Rite by Rheem since our water heater was still under warranty. Michael came out and repaired the problem, taking the time to explain what he was doing and how everything worked. He was prompt, friendly, and was done in about 30 minutes. If we ever have a water heater problem in the future, Drain Rite will be the first place I call.

My Rheem tankless water heater kept giving me an overheat error code. I called around and was given various and sometimes ludicrous (looking at you Parzival Plumbing!) estimates until I had the pleasure of speaking to John. He was very honest and upfront with superb rates. He was able to replace my water heater the next morning in about 30 minutes when other places (Parzival Plumbing) wanted to charge me for 3-4 hours. So if you want honesty, go with John. If you're feeling masochistic, go with others (Parzi al).

These guys are amazing! They went way above and beyond to help my elderly parents when their hot water heater went out. They didn't try to force them to buy a new heater, and even tried to get the company who had installed their old heater 4 years ago to honor their warranty.
What other company or person would do that!?!
I highly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, work ethic, and even compassion!

Very good experience with this company. My child came home from college for her break with 4 friends and on the 3rd night, we had no hot water. I called John and he was so patient, understanding and made my day!
