Cesar replaced my mother's water heater without delay. He's professional, knowledgeable and kind. Drain Right has serviced our property three separate times. We are very pleased with all the work. Water heaters, water heater closets, sewer pipe, next will be a clogged drain in one of our rentals (just saw it). I recommend this company, we'd use them again. Thank you Drain Right!

I have used several plumbing companies in the past. Most of the time is hit and miss, you either get unethical, dirty or un experience technicians that want to get in an out if they're not making thousands.

I had a clogged toilet, not a big deal unless the smell is horrible and your not able to use the toilet.

I received approval from my Home warranty Company to find my own plumber, I started to call around and no one would come out at a reasonable time.

I called ""Drain Right Plumbing,"" I could not believe the positive conversation and willingness to immediately come out and repair the problem.

I new professional vehicle arrived, with an extremely, knowledgeable, friendly and clean technician (Luis) wearing a face mask.

He immediately lined my entry floors with coverings and went to work. He fixed the problem in no time!

Update as of 5/29/2020, and I've officially made Drain Right, specifically, Brandon, my one stop and call for all my plumbing problems. To put things in perspective, my grandparents don't speak English, and they had a leaky toilet. I couldn't get to their place in time and knew I had to call someone I trust, someone that I wouldn't mind leaving alone with my grandparents, both in their 80s and don't speak any English. So, Brandon came to the rescue yet again for my family. Not only was he timely and professional as always, but he treated my grandparents as if they were his family, with love and kindness. My grandma called me and just went on and on with nice things to say about him, even though she had no idea how he did it, she just knew he fixed it. My grandpa who hates everyone and is always cranky made sure to tell me that wouldn't want any other plumber to return to his house except for Brandon. :) it's a great feeling to find someone in the business that you know will stand by you and serve you, thanks Drain Right and Brandon for making me and my family your top priority.

So it's Christmas Eve and I just finished wrapping last minute gifts, so I get up and walk towards the bathroom and right into this huge puddle of water in my hallway. Yup you guessed it, bathroom emergency on Christmas Eve!

I called Drain Right after finding them in a newspaper ad, so it was my first time using them.

Oscar called me within minutes after I called and gave the rep my information and said he would send out a technician right away.

Brandon was our technician, Service Pro. Not only did Brandon get to our house within 15-20 minutes, but he was just phenomenal! He quickly put me at ease and explained step by step what he needed to do to fix the proHe also gave us options and estimates for each option and recommended the option best for our situation. Normally you have to watch out for plumbers that try to rip you off or tell you things are wrong when they really aren't, not Brandon. He was so polite and genuine.

Brandon - thank you for being friendly, professional and truly an expert at this trade. You explained our problem in a way that we could understand and told us exactly how to manage it after you found all the toilet crap that was clogging our main line.

This is dedication and commitment to excellent customer service. Brandon drove back to our house a few minutes after driving off just to remind us not to run any laundry cycles so the problem doesn't return until he can get back to us after Christmas. I started off being really stressed about this, but ended up being relieved and calm because Brandon took care of us! :)

Would love to put zero stars if it was an option. Horrible, horrible company with terrible customer service. They caused damage to my pipes with the snaking job they did. They refused to accept responsibility and then told me the repairs would be upwards of $3,000. Stay away from them if you want a respectable company that will stand behind their work and take responsibility when they cause damage to your home.

Great service by Henry during a holiday and at a very reasonable price. Our Rheem's water heater pilot light went out over Memorial weekend and after a company that said they would be coming out backed out hours before on Memorial Day, we called Drain Right. DR was on Rheem's list of contacts and they also had great reviews on Yelp. Henry came out within an hour and trouble shot the problem but because it was a holiday, couldn't get the part and said he'd try to find it and come back 10am-12noon the next day. The next day at about 10am he showed up with the part and fixed it. Thanks Henry! We will definitely use this company again.

Thursday my water heater stop working and started leaking. Called Drain Right (San Pedro location) told them my problem. They sent us Marcos Z. and gave us few options, our water heater needed to be replace. By late afternoon he had us back in service. Came back Friday morning to finish up. I love the work Marcus did for us, very friendly and answered all my questions. I'll definitely ask for him for our future plumbing problems. I recommend Drain Right, only one

9:00 P.M. Update- revised review and upgraded rating.
I have a lot of respect for an owner who takes responsibility for the actions of his employees.

I was contacted by the owner within an hour of posting my negative review. He was very apologetic and arranged to send a plumber immediately to my house to prepare a bid. This was a far cry from the treatment I received this morning.

My wife and I will decide which bid we like the best, but Drain Right will now be included in the process. Thank You Ray for quickly addressing our concerns.

I Called Drain Right to receive an estimate for several plumbing repairs around the house. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 5PM. On Saturday morning I received a call from the Dispatcher. He told me that he ""WOULD NOT"" honor my appointment time due to not being worth the trouble ""since they were probably not going to get the job anyway!"". He stated that his ""experience"" with home sellers is that we compare prices and that we already have a competitor's bid. He didn't WANT to send a person to give us an estimate when they won't get the work!

It really bothers me when a Dispatcher tries to talk himself out of doing work. I can honestly say that he succeeded in reducing his work load since I abruptly cancelled my appointment and hung up on him. Yes your job is easy. Isn't it!

So my thoughts are:
1) Is your bid going to be so high, that you always lose out to the competition? And your ""experience"" prevents you from seeing that?
2) Is your company so busy, that you don't need the business? Hence you talk yourself out of contracts.
3) Do you not care about your job and company that you chase customers away?

Yes we had a competitors bid, but doesn't everyone compare prices before using an expensive service like a plumber?

On a final note, the bid we received from the first contractor was over $3,000 so we are not just talking about some minor repair!

Good Luck keeping your doors open Drain Right! Do you wonder why you don't receive contracts over the weekends, or wonder why business has slowed. It's not due to Covid-19.

Abraham Leyva, was amazing! He understood our plumbing problem and his efficiency was outstanding!!! I've contacted many plumbing companies before and a tech has come out, but he was the best! He listened to our issue very well and understood right away what the problem was. He made us feel super comfortable with his as well. I highly recommend people to call this company for their plumbing needs and ask for Abraham!
