I credit Juan G. and other the technicians for providing great service, explaining what needs to be done and why, and meeting expectations. The garbage disposal got clogged again so we called Drain Right and asked for Juan who was our tech last time. Juan is great. He's quick to diagnose the problem and very respectful of our home. Drain right has been my go-to plumbers for small jobs, like clearing a clogged toilet, but recently had them take care of a complete sewer line replacement. Jonathan worked with me to get a price that was within our budget, and also was a big help in securing financial assistance from our insurance company.

Their crew is super professional and courteous, and they knocked out the job in a shockingly quick amount of time. Ramon and Juan Carlos put in a spectacular effort into answering any questions we had, cleaning up at the end of every day, and ensuring the job was completed to all of our expectations.

While doing a full sewer replacement is probably every homeowner's worse nightmare, these guys made it as painless an experience as possible, with very little downtime or loss of service, and accommodations to help the financial burden easier to manage. They've made a lifetime customer out of me, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Last week, our toilet was backing up, so my husband called the number on the free magnet that we had on the fridge. No idea where it came from, and I never call people who advertise as I prefer to get actual recommendations.

The people came out on time, and were very professional The felt the problem was clogs in the pipe, so that was about $145, but it didn't correct the problem, so they needed to go down 6 feet to check the junction and that price went to $3200. Then the bad news came. . Cracked pipe and recommended putting in a liner to the main sewer line. They gave 2 quotes, one to the sewer from the first junction or from the house to the main, which was almost $23,000.

They offered a company that can finance, or a credit card that gives you 18 months no interest which we took.

The Field Supervisor was very nice in explaining everything and it took 2 days complete the work Friday evening.

The Supervisor Gonzalo Perez left us his card and said if any further issues, just call me.

When the toilet still would not flush on Saturday morning, we called his number. THe party answering stated they never heard of him, and they could send a tech out and he would call in the next 5-15 minutes. After an hour, I called again, and explained we had just paid this hugh amount and didn't expect to be charged again, she said that would be up to the tech. We did hear from the tech but couldn't come until Monday and call back if we still were interested.

As I start to think about this, I'm starting to wonder if I had been scammed. You read about Seniors being taken advantage of. After all, I didn't know these people, the company said they never heard of the person who gave me his card and I realize I only signed things on an IPAD and I had no work order, showing what was done, no guarantee of the work, and I still have a toilet that won't flush.

It was an old toilet, so it probably needed to be replaced, so Sunday we spent the morning looking at cost to replace and install a new one but decided we just can't add another purchase right now.

So, Monday I left a review stating I still had a toilet issue.

This is where the surprise came in! Tuesday morning Marcos shows up to bring the paperwork and could not apologize enough for the mix up over the weekend and brought a new toilet and installed it as an apology to ensure we were satisfied.

Satisfied?? I'M OVER THE MOON!!!!

I've never done business with a company as ethical, professional and caring as this company.

I may need some future plumbing done when we upgrade our kitchen, and this is the ONLY company I'll ever use.

Our 4-year-old kitchen sink detached from the countertop, falling down till it was resting on the garbage disposal.

Michael re-caulked it and blocked it in place to connect it to the plywood underlying the countertop. Looks good to me and he got it done on the day we requested service.

Drain Right just finished installing a new heat to replace my ancient A/C and furnace. This was my first time using them and I was impressed from start to finish. The entire team including the technicians, admins, and management were all very professional and responsive throughout the process. Communication was also very good throughout. Rogelio and the whole installment team clearly knew their stuff and cared about doing a good job. The unit is new working and very quiet. It's keeping my townhome very comfortable. If Yelp had ten stars, I would give Drain Right that without question! We requested service as our HVAC system stopped generating heat. Drain Right Services was extremely prompt and efficient in getting a tech out to help us. Nery Saavedra was our tech and he was knowledgeable, personable and very professional. Nery quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us three possible repair scenarios with detailed costs so we could decide what was best for our wallet without the typical sales pressure to purchase. Also, I have to point out that Drain Right was the ONLY company that offered to come out and NOT charge a diagnostic fee which is exceptional in itself! Due to our older system, the parts needed to be ordered so we did have to wait a short bit during the recent cold spell for those to come in (this was no fault of Drain Right). However, Drain Right prioritized us so when the parts were received, Nery came out right away to get our heating system back in working order. Everyone at this business that I came in contact with - from their office staff to Nery were exceptional in customer service. Their team kept me in the loop every step of the way with our repair. I would HIGHLY recommend Drain Right Services for anyone needing HVAC services and definitely ask for Nery!!
