My daughter had sewer issues in her home in San Pedro and was pleased with Drain Right Services. She gave me their number. Company was called Thursday, Jonathan Zavala came Friday morning, gave us a quote, and his guys Alejandro Cruz and Victor Alvarez came Saturday morning and started working. The guys spread floor coverings and mats to avoid messing our flooring. As next day was Superbowl Sunday the guys came back Monday and worked long hours. They finished the extensive repàirs Wed evening. Job well done. They left our home clean and in better shape. Plumbing fixtures are nice. Drain Right Services gets 5 stars. Jonathan Zavala was very pleasant to talk and work with. Alex and Victor were working consistently hard. My working at home was barely disrupted. I recommend them very highly.

It all started about two years ago when we were having a major issue with a funky smell and some annoying drain flies that wouldn't go away. Our neighbors were having some major work done and Drain Right was next door so I asked if they could come over and check it out. Nelson came over and they started doing an inspection. Turns out our pipes were corroded and there was a pretty major leak under our slab. Holy CRAPPPP!!!!! We were offered 3 or 4 options for repair. Of course they all came with a different price tag but we decided to go for the most expensive which was a re-piping of the home with an epoxy like sealant inside the pipes. The pipes throughout the home were corroding and this option ensured that it wouldn't start leaking or burst and we'd have to tear up floors in another part of the home. They were able to go in through our bathroom only do do the job. Yes, it was more expensive, but the peace of mind is definitely worth it!

Since this major project, Drain Right has been out multiple times for much smaller projects - replacing toilets, cleaning/servicing our AC, garbage disposal, unclogging drains, etc. Nick is always great abut getting us an appointment (usually same day) and the technicians are always punctual, professional and friendly. They go out of their way to explain what they're doing and I honestly don't feel like I'm being gouged.

I definitely recommend Drain Right and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I requested an appointment in the morning at 6:30AM,and received a confirmation by 8:30am. They sent Juan, who arrived at 9:45am! We stopped getting hot water, so he checked the water heater and ended up reseting the pilot light. After the consultation, he sent over a list of options for repairs/replacements. It was great experience. Thank you!

My mother contacted Drain Right Services for possible leaking in the house. Technician Moises Ramirez responded promptly. My mother said that he was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and courteous. He took his time inspecting and explained the process and findings fully to my mother. It turned out that she did not have a leak. He did not charge my mother any money despite the time and effort. These guys are GREAT! I had a pipe leak on the wall near my celling. I shut off the water at 3:30pm. I went to yelp and found Drain Right. Drain Right had Angel and Luis at my door step at 4:15. After cutting out the a square piece of drywall to locate the issue, Angel said we could have the project done and the water turned back on by 6:30pm. At 6:29pm the project was complete everything was vacuumed and I was signing the final inspection notice. FANTASTIC!!! Drain Right sent me the plumbing Dynamic Duo!!! Ask for these guys by name if you have any plumbing needs.

Timothy was very friendly and efficient, he installed our wall heater quickly and quietly (my baby was sleeping nearby). He was clean (put his shoe covers on as soon as he came in the doorway). Very polite. Would definitely recommend.
