We had a backed-up sewage pipe leaking onto the road. Called Drain Right, they came right away. Their rep Luis was very knowledgeable, highly competent, polite and friendly. He diagnosed the problem immediately and offered a solution. Unfortunately the machine he needed was not available till 2 days later. We scheduled it for 2 days later, they showed up early, did the job in less than an hour and now I'm hapi hapi. Thank you Drain Right Plumbing.

I've hired this company a few times and the plumber for the Huntington Beach area has not shown or called twice. I have to follow up with them every time and then the plumber usually comes hours late the next day.

Why do companies send coupons in bulk mail coupon envelopes? Are they looking for business? Are they new and want to add to their client base? Are they offering a discount in the hopes of finding more expensive jobs?

I don't need a plumber often, but when I had a slow bathtub drain, Hubby noticed a ""Drain Cleaning"" coupon in one of those mass mailed envelopes.

When I spoke to Ryan, he was very nice and had someone available the same day! I got an email to let me know a technician was on his way, and it even included his name and photo.

About an hour later, Jesus Flores arrived at my house. He was masked and even wore disposable shoe covers.

I had a list of items that I wanted him to look into and/or give me an estimate for. He went down my list and took care of everything, or instructed me on what to get at Home Depot to do by myself. He was very competent, professional, and pleasant to work with.

My plumbing needs were taken care of quickly, and I am happy with the work completed. I guess the answer to my coupon question was that this company is not nearby, so I would not have known they existed without their coupon. I will contact them when a future need arises!

This is a first-class company... they sent over a plumber by the name of ""Louis Garcia"", who we found to be a knowledgeable and experienced professional. Louis knocked out our job same day, even though it was certainly not an easy, 20 minute project. The pricing for their services is right, the people they send out are great, and the company honors its promises and commitments.
