My mom had a leak at her shower and she didn't what to do. I reached out to Drain & Plumbing Services on a weekend, I wasn't sure when they will be able to come, but they came the next day! The service was great, Michael is truly an expert! He has a lot of knowledge. He didn't try to up sale us, was straight to the point, and the price was very reasonable! Michael was able to fix the Issue within an hour! I'm so happy I went with Drain & Plumbing services. Their customer service is above great, for sure will be using their services in the future.

Had some issues at the house. Called and Valerie picked up. She was very helpful and scheduled me that day. I received plenty of texts communicating with me along the way. Dima showed up and found my problem quickly. Everyone was super nice and dependable. I've already recommended them to a few people in the neighborhood. I'll be using them again.

Total fraud , I asked if they charge for a visit to quote me on a leak I had in my bathroom. The lady said it was free, the guy that came In charge my brother $92 because I was at work . I call the person that schedule my appointment and said that she'll ask the plumber and give a call back . Never got a call back reach out to them and this is what the lady said . Rude and fraudulent people .

Very fast to schedule and arrive. Even though prices were listed, the on-site fee was the maximum of the service price window. I expected that but kind of disappointing. Issue was a plugged kitchen drain with the plug way down the line. Service only required less than an hour, which I was happy with but the fee seems steep for that time spent. Can't really protest it, though. and the drain is done for a long time.

Our garbage disposal wasn't acting right after purchasing a new home. Called them and they were able to come out and take a look just a few hours later. They were helpful, tidy, fast and had fair pricing. Provided us a quote for other recommended services, but was able to help with the main issue right away and fixed under an hour. I am on the board at a condo building in Chicago. We had a serious plumbing issue in our building that was affecting multiple units. Many other plumbing services were not available or unwilling to help us. Drain and Plumbing Services was responsive on New Years Eve to our phone call, as well as sending plumbers out to completely solve our emergency. They were incredibly professional and courteous.

I had a stuck cartridge inside of my shower valve, which I already tried to remove myself, and actually partially broke the old cartridge.

The technician showed up during the allocated time frame. Before arriving I received a text message that I am next.

They charged me $160 (the regular price is $180, but I had my own cartridge). I felt it was a little overpriced, but I already tried to do it myself for three hours and knew that it is not that simple.

It took the technician less than an hour to remove the old cartridge and to clean up sediment with acid, otherwise, the new cartridge would not fit.

The technician wore a face mask the whole time he was inside of the house, which is greatly appreciated in COVID times.

My sump pump stopped working and I called Drain and Plumbing services who sent Mike to look at it first thing the next morning. They showed up, quoted a price to repair, and repair was done quickly and professionally at the exact price quoted. I recommend this company!
