I was very happy with Armando solving my plumbing issues in my kitchen. He and his nephew greeted me professionally, and I really appreciate how they entered my house with shoe covers. He answered the questions I had at the time and would definitely call on him again! I also want to give props to his wife Michelle, who made my appointment. She was very nice and very upbeat! Both my showers had an issue where I would pull up the diverter valve and both the shower head and faucet would be running at the same time. I found this company through Yelp . We made an appointment for a free visual quote and we made an appointment several days later. On the day of the appointment, they were a no show. It was poor communication on their part, but when I reached out to them about their no show, they said they had an issue with their system over the weekend and was unable to make contact. We made another appointment with them. Armando went to the store after taking the part out and they fixed the diverter for both showers with included one year warranty. They gave us a small discount for the inconvenience. Shortly after, one of the showers started leaking from a different part. We made another appointment with Armando. We confirmed with them again the day before because we didn't hear from them. They were able to pinpoint the leak and replaced the part that was leaking after taking the part and going to the store to get the part. It's been several months already since Armando fixed our showers. They've been great since! Armando's prices were reasonable with parts and labor included. They are quick to respond when you message them on Yelp,but I would confirm with them a day before to make sure they're coming.

Great customer service and very efficient. My water heater broke within the warranty period so I had to drain and exchange it for a new one at Home Depot. Armando and his brother helped remove the water heater and exchange it for a new one at Home Depot. The whole process took two hours. I would recommend Armando's Plumbing Service for any plumbing job.
