Just beware that this company is not able to give any idea on pricing for valve replacements. They require an appointment for an estimate and a separate appointment for the replacement. I was simply looking for a range and would have been happy to provide any additional information needed to give a range but they said no. This is for a property I don't live in so this process is very inconvenient. I was able to get a range from other companies so I will be going with one of them.

Armando and his team did a full repipe of my house late last year. It included a new main water service line, water lines in house and drainage pipes. They were very professional and even finished the job within a week, to my surprise. They did everything by the book and we went through the city inspection with ease. After experiencing kitchen sink blockages and poor flow discharge for about one-month, I ended up seeking plumbing services by way of Yelp. They actually were eager to help, while other plumbers make you feel like you're pestering them for dialing their number. Armando arrived within an hour, quoted me a fair price for the hydro-jet service, thoroughly explained the issue, and eagerly provided insight on preventative measures I must take in order to circumvent such plumbing issues in the future.

It's hard to find honest, proficient and friendly service these days. So many plumbers and service men are out to swindle the common day consumer. Armando is precisely the opposite. He wants to provide great service at a fair price so you don't have to deal with the headaches of plumbing matters in the future.

I trust Armando and will seek his plumbing help annually as a measure of preventative protocol so to avoid bigger plumbing issues in the future.

I had a plumbing main line clog on Tuesday morning and it was beyond a plunger and drano. I reached out to Armando's plumbing and Michelle picked up the phone. They happen to be a couple blocks down finishing up another home and within 10 minutes after the call arrived at my residence. After agreeing on service, Armando and his helper jumped on the clog. they removed the toilet, snaked it once, went down with a camera snake after, snaked a second time and finally went down with camera for second time. Upon a successful pipe cleanup, they attached a new wax seal on the toilet and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire again, the professionalism made the experience pleasant.
