This is the third time Armando helped us. Hot water stopped running in kitchen. They came and found out it's just a valve turned off by itself. It's a quick fix and they even solved my tap screaming problem, all for free. Previously they also helped us replace leaking water pipe and unclog drainage pipe. Efficient, professional and always responding quickly. Will definitely choose them in the future.

Needed a new wax seal for our toilet and Armando was able to come by on a day that worked for me, and quickly! Pricing was on par with another estimate I got from someone who ghosted me, and he was super friendly, communicative, and efficient. I had an urgent burst pipe under my house and really needed a plumber asap as it was running up our water bill. I had called Michelle from Drain and Plumbing Pros, she was super sweet and helpful. Asked me to describe where and when the pipe burst was and said she could have 2 people come down in a couple of hours. It was such a relief and the quoted price was far more reasonable that I was anticipating however maybe that was due to the severity of our issue? I don't know! But it's all fixed now and now we don't have to worry about mold or a $120 water bill lol Thank you so much!

Plumbers Omar and Josue were awesome. They were on time (even early), they wore bottie covering their shoes before entering the house (like that touch). Very professional and efficient.
