We desperately needed someone to hydrojet the sewage lines of our condo building, and Drain Mob rescued us! Their technician was great and even went above and beyond and helped us jet out additional lines that previous plumber had neglected at no additional cost. Turns out these additional lines are likely the culprit to our constant sewage line backups, and they took the time and effort to assess our situation and help us out. I highly recommend Drain Mob for your hydrojetting needs!

Billy & his guys were upfront about what I was dealing with in my old cast iron pipes, and recommended that I have the pipe water jetted since snaking it in the past did not work. It was more work than I had anticipated, but they gave me a great deal on getting the roots out permanently (fingers crossed) and advising me on the insurance claims process for the water damage that I had from the back up. I would highly recommend the professional crew over at Drain Mop.

Great service. They came out same day that I called for camera service to locate sewer line for new bathroom addition. Technician Seth was very prompt, courteous, and made quick work of the process. In addition the phone call was pleasant and friendly, unlike a lot of such phone calls these days. Better price than others I called as well. Guess what! These guys are so good, it has inspired me to write a Yelp review for the first time in.... 4 years??

Buying a 60 year-old house, need to get the cast iron drains scoped. Called around, got some quotes - some guys will do it for $400. Some guy will do it for $275. Then I find Drain Mob, and talk to Jacob, who sounds like a real, nice, genuine human being, who is not trying to be a predatory asshat - and Drain Mob can do it for $200!

Lowest price, plus good first impression, great service over the phone and communication skills, good ratings on the internet - Sure!

The day comes, and Joey from Drain Mob arrives, right on time. Guess what! Drain Mob doesn't dick around and give you a 2-hour window when they *might* show up! THEY MEET YOU ON TIME! AMAZING!

Joey was super cool, another real human being, being real honest about everything. He complimented my toilets - thanks man B-) Seriously, he educated me all about cast iron drains, how the city builds their drainage, how terra cotta pipe is awesome, how root intrusion happens, what toilet papers you should and shouldn't use.... A++. Full disclosure - the cost did increase because both my access points (roof and washer/dryer) proved to be inaccessible/blocked by scale/rust, and a toilet had to be removed to do the scoping. But Joey was very up-front about this, and told me the cost before anything was done.

I WISH ALL CONTRACTORS WERE AS GOOD AS DRAIN MOB.

Drain mob was awesome! Called when our washer started leaking water out of the wall and our kitchen sinks started backing up. They came out within 2 hours and was finished within a half hour. Joey was super friendly and professional and got the job done. Definitely will use again if we have any future problems. Thank you!
