The plumber we have used for years (Universal Plumbing) recommended using the Drain Mob to clear drains. That was an excellent recommendation. I have used them several times and they were very responsive, pleasant to deal with, professional, and reasonably priced. I particularly liked that I was able to have them clear a drain at an apartment building complex without my presence. The Drain Mob was able to interface with the tenant via text message to be allowed entrance through a security gate and to clear the drain. I shortly thereafter received a receipt via email that had the complete information required for documenting the expense for tax purposes. I will certainly use the Drain Mob in the future.

When you have a plumbing drain issue DRAIN MOB is the best in San Diego! Honesty and integrity is their method of operation. My house was built over 60 years ago and they cleaned the drains so good you would think they were brand new drain pipes. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday we had a plumber send a camera down our kitchen drain and found numerous sections of grease buildup. They offered to snake it but recommended Drain Mob to do a jet clean. Today they did it in about 30 minutes and wow what a difference. Pipes are completely clean. I saw the images from yesterday and the images today and I'd say it's definitely worth the additional cost to do jet clean instead of a snake. Plus Drain Mob employees (office staff and field tech) were totally professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing. Called them for hydrojetting service because of a slow-draining kitchen sink. When the technician came out and checked the drain with the camera, he advised that we may not need to hydrojet and instead could just utilize a drain snake. He did an extremely thorough job with the drain snake and got most of the grease out, saving me some serious money.

The honesty and thoroughness of the technician really impressed me and really showed me that this company places their customers before profits. You can 100% trust Drain Mob with any drain needs you may have.
