Make the complaint to the state I will talk to the complaint department is not going to get me in trouble one I collected no money too I didn't know job for you three like I said I didn't even know about this job because I was in Las Vegas Nevada on vacation don't know what you're complaining about we didn't do any work for you we didn't take any money from you therefore I don't owe you anything the one thing I do know if you give my company a defamation of character and you have no right to do it just because you have an opinion about me or other people freedom of speech still gets to you in trouble if you say that you're going to kill the president of the United States a person what company we are allowed to sue you through small claims court for up to $3,500 you can call Tucker Albin and Associates what are my lawyers they handle my small claims you can speak with John Richardson my rep if you need the number let me know I can pretty sure I can have him for you a letter the definition of defamation of character I've never met you don't know you are 25 years in the military you should know thing or two like I do remove your Yelp one-star review it we won't have a problem go back on Jesse whatever the hell he has posted I haven't even seen it and tell him that he's a douchebag because I haven't talked to him since the day that I was in Las Vegas and I heard about this job that he was trying to do on my company name behind my back so go ahead make all the complaints you want sir there invalid I did no work for you I received no money from you the complaint was what not showing up I don't understand your complaint you have to to get me in trouble with the state they have to know if I did something wrong I wasn't there I was on vacation

Very professional. Came to my house promptly. Master shower kept clogging up. So he went under the house and found the problem been working good since he fixed it. Thanks Kyle

Kyle was prompt, polite, and did an excellent job fixing our blocked pipes! We had originally used Roto-Rooter but our pipes clogged again a few days later. He came out the day after we called him and properly fixed what Roto-Rooter said they fixed. His prices were reasonable as well. We will definitely use him again in the future--highly recommended!

Drain Masters was the 3rd company that I called after getting a few outrageous quotes and boy, I was so glad that I found them. Kyle was able give me a fair quote over the phone after I had explained the issue and sent a picture of the shower head. He was professional and confident that he can fix the shower cartridge without having to replace the whole piping fixture (which was what the previous person had told me that it's the only way to do). The job was done in no time at all! I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Kyle and his crew were awesome. We had to get the entire plumbing pipes redone under our house. They came and got the job finished in two days, even though it was a tight space in the crawl space. Now, we have no water flow issues and everything is running much better than it ever has. The price was very reasonable and the work was well done.

This guy sucked. I called to ask for an estimate on a dishwasher. Said he would be at my place no later than 2pm, I called at 2:30 and no response to texts or message. No way will I waste money on this guy.

I just used Drain Master Rooter Services and I absolutely loved it. Called them about an issue with my shower and they got here within half an hour and fixed the issue in less than 10mins.
