Kyle was prompt, polite, and did an excellent job fixing our blocked pipes! We had originally used Roto-Rooter but our pipes clogged again a few days later. Drain Masters was the 3rd company that I called after getting a few outrageous quotes and boy, I was so glad that I found them. Kyle was able give me a fair quote over the phone after I had explained the issue and sent a picture of the shower head. He was professional and confident that he can fix the shower cartridge without having to replace the whole piping fixture (which was what the previous person had told me that it's the only way to do). The job was done in no time at all! I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Kyle and his crew were awesome. We had to get the entire plumbing pipes redone under our house. They came and got the job finished in two days, even though it was a tight space in the crawl space.
