These guys were great plumbers, called them after midnight and they were out first thing in the morning and actually had a live person pick up the phone even at almost 1am. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast. We will use them again in the future for sure. They even give a warrenty on their work.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I called for a simple service which probably would not have taken a long time at all. Since it was so easy, I believe that's the reason they were willing to come... Until he found out that I lived in a condo building. At that point, he rejected my business and told me to call someone else! Wow! They should probably state that they don't like to do business with condos on their website so people don't bother to call them.

Don't believe their website either when they say they are open 24-7. I called last night and didn't get a call back until the morning after. How does a business claim to be open 24-7? False advertising.

Good thing I didn't hire them because he was going to charge me $125 for something so simple!!!

Unfortunately, I've had to call Drain Masters 3 times in the first 6 months in our new home, but every time they've been prompt, efficient, polite (well, more than polite, all the way to friendly... and for plumbing jobs like these, that's not something I expect), and very reasonably priced. I recommend them without reservation, and will call them first with any plumbing problems in the future (although I really hope not to have to call them again any time soon!).

If committing to a time and actually showing up is important to you, you might want to reconsider using them. I called Drain Masters because of their stellar Yelp reviews. I can't attest to their quality of work or rates, I never really had a chance to get that far. When making my appointment, I let them know that I would have to schedule later in the afternoon because I need to take off work to meet them. If a company commits to you 4 days in advance, they should show up. I called them ONE HOUR after my appt and the owner (I'm assuming) simply said, we got busy and I forgot about you. Thanks, I appreciate it! At least have the common courtesy to call earlier in the day and reschedule.

Nice guys. They arrived on time and cleared the drain. We tested to make sure water was flowing freely. They are not the cheapest, but I did not want to mess around with the low-ball companies. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Hired Drain Masters to do a couple odd jobs around our new house, fixing misinstalled drains, water line to the fridge, etc. Prices were reasonable and work was done quickly and outcome was great.

Had a backed-up drainage sink in the garage. Called at 2:45pm on a Monday. They showed up within 15 minutes. Had the problem solved by 3:15pm. Couldn't ask for better service. 60 day warranty on their work as well.

Had a blockage (or two) in my sewage lateral a couple weeks ago, almost at the point it reaches the sewage main in the street. I called Drain Masters, and Edward came out pronto and snaked the clogs out no problem with 125 ft snake.

The previous plumber I called couldn't reach the clog because his snake wasn't long enough, and told me I needed another clean line installed at the front of my house to solve the problem, which would have been about $1000 to install. Edward called B.S. on that claim, and unjammed my lateral for a good price.

Thanks for the honest business, Edward. I'll definitely call you for any future plumbing problems I have.

02/21/2012 - Edward stopped by to replace some valves under my bathroom vanity sink. Was right on time, answered all my questions about my upcoming bathroom renovation, and was very fair with price. Again, a very professional experience - I will definitely make Edward my go-to guy for my plumbing needs in the future.

contacted drain master based on yelp review and it does not appear that this company wants my business. This company treated their time more important than mines. I had to follow up 3 times. an appointment was scheduled, no show and no call. Finally contacted me a day later and said is ready to do the work. I finally got the job done without Drain Master. It's a waste of my time.

It was a pleasure having Dave come fix our clogging issue with the garage sink. It was fast and efficient.

Dave was very polite and respectful. He put on shoe covers and that's one important detail that I always pay attention to. If you can do that without being told; it shows that you respect my home and that's a great plus with me.

If I ever have a plumbing issue again; Drain Masters would be the first people I would call.
