Edward answered my call in and showed up within 90 min. Assessed the issues and in short order had the main line cleared out. Charged a fair $225.00 for the call. No more stuck toilets and showers in the house, yeah! Peace in the house.

Honesty and integrity are soooooo nice! I called Drain Masters to come out and perform a hydro-jetting service (a very specialized pressure-washer for sewer lines) My line was not clogged, but I had easy access to the sewer system during a remodel and I new there was a bit of construction debris in the sewer line - so I thought why not get some peace of mind that it is clear. Edward arrived early, and after some discussion he used his fancy sewer camera to examine my sewer line. He said my lines looked fantastic, and he saw no need to spend the extra money on the hyrdo-jetting service. Thanks Edward!

We had a plumbing backup at the house, and had arranged for another company to come out to deal with it in the morning. They didn't show. They told me they were 'on their way'. Then two hours later texted 'Sorry, I'm almost done here'. And then silence. After a couple of more hours and no replies to my voicemails/texts, I cut the first company loose and called Drain Masters. And I'm really glad I did!

Ed picked up the phone, asked a few questions, and then was knocking on my front door thirty minutes later. Wow.

He knew the neighborhood too - he and his brother were raised in Almaden Valley. He'd done work for one of my neighbors. He knew where the pipe runs were laid out in these houses. He knew his stuff.

Our problem was in our sewer line, but it was far, far down the line. So far down that Ed had to call his brother to bring over the truck with the bigger machine. And his brother was here in about fifteen minutes.

Both of them were a pleasure to work with. Respectful, easy going, and they listen well. I'd hire them again in a minute.

I contacted Edward for clogged toilet, and he arrived about hour late. Due to no sewer cleanout access available in my house (I did not realize it after living here more than 10 yrs without any plumbing issue), he gave me two suggestions: he can install the sewer cleanout to fix the problem, or get other provider who is willing remove the toilet to access from there (his machine is too big to do it). Per his useful suggestion, I found another guy with small machine to fix the problem. He is so Professional, honest and reasonable guy. Even though I did not end up using him, I will call him for plumbing work needed next time. Thank you Edward for your professional suggestion.

Ed scheduled a time with me, willing to work around my schedule to come out and install a Pelican Saltless, whole house water filtration system with UV filtration. He warned me ahead of time that he will be turning the water off for 4-6 hours for installation. He even has my outside hose filtered so I can wash my cars with filtered water, spotless! Very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and showed me the answers to any concerns I had.
