While trying to do some plumbing work myself I found that the values under my kitchen sink were leaking. I know enough about plumbing to know that I don't want to tackle this. I called Drain Masters and they came out as scheduled, did the work quickly and charged what I thought was a fair price.

I had a main drain that was partially clogged (most likely sludge from a sagging pipe). I had another plumber come out who diagnosed the blockage as between the house and the street, but was unable to clear it. I called Drain Masters right afterward and they were able to come out the next morning. They quickly diagnosed there was a blockage under the house as well. After snaking for a bit they were able to clear both blockages. They also had a hydro jet in their van, just in case the snake wasn't able to clear the blockage.

They were quick, prompt and successful at fixing my plumbing problem. I will definitely call them first next time.

Very good, very fast, very fair. At the time I was getting quotes, owner Edward gave me great advice on what to watch out for.

His price was very reasonable and he came in on the low end--$125 total for unclogging our drain.

The work is warrantied--any problem within 6 days and he re-snakes my drains for no charge.

We had a main line clog on New Years Eve (2010). AHS sent someone out NY Day. They tried to snake it from one end of the house and then thru the roof vent (no existing clear out) with 100 ft of snake, but it didn't clear the drain. It needed more work that's not covered by AHS. After simmering for another day without toilets, shower, kitchen sink & minimal water usage (due to slow draining), we yelped and found Drain Masters. We liked the review's and his quote over the phone was very attractive (33% less than another quote). We made an appointment for Monday morning. He came on time at 09:30 and before lunchtime: cleared the blockage, snaked it, put in a clear out, video'd the line and re-snaked it and cleaned up everything. The bill came out to what he quoted! What a relief (sorry, had to throw that in) to get basic bathrooms capability back - you don't realize what you got till you loose it.

Needed some work done on a toilet. Called them around 9:00 in the morning , told the man my problem and he said he would need to see it before giving an estimate. Said he would be here around noon and he was. Gave me what I thought was a resonable estimate and he fixed both problems. He was prompt and professional and I would call again if I had another problem.

quite an ok price, but very courteous, flexible and the guy knows what he's doing. they'll even wear shoe-covers inside your house (some other services will refuse) if you ask them too. if you have time doing plumbing - getting underneath the sink, spend like 2-3 hrs, i'd say go do it yourself. but for those others who don't have time or simply don't want to go back & forth to home depot (as normally the case with me), be prepared to spend $125-$150 for fixing/replacing faucet.

We made a huge mistake and called another company first. They quoted $370 for a simple job. I passed and called Drain Masters who showed up in under an hour and quoted the same $125 rate that everybody else has received. They were quick and friendly. It came with a 60 day guarantee that our problem wouldn't resurface and that's about all I can ask for.

I called Drain Masters after trying to tackle the issue myself, but to no avail I was not able to correct it. I called on Friday morning, received a quote of $125 over the phone and received same day service. I was told service time would be between 2-3 and he showed up at 2:00PM - nice!

Service was thorough, friendly, and relatively quick. Within 30 minutes my washing machine was back to washing clothes and my dishwasher washing dishes! Yay for our household!

I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Plumbing is nasty business, better to call the pros when things get backed up.

Had problems with the 2"" line, they were able to snake it in no time. Removed and replaced the frozen cap on the cleanout so they didn't have to slip on the mossy roof.

They were courteous and prompt. What more do you want? Just call 'em already.
