Had them come out to fix a clogged shower drain. When they came out, they unclogged it and left. However, they broke the shower drain cover and didn't tell me about it. I called them and they came back and re-attached it with silicon, which didn't even work through one shower the following day. I called them again, and they came back and put REGULAR drywall screws in the drain, which held the cover in place but started to rust within a few days. Less than a month later, those have fallen apart, and a call back to them resulted in ""we're not responsible for things that break when we access your drain pipe.""

So, now I need to call an actual reputable plumber instead of these shysters to get this fixed correctly...a problem that they cause and won't fix.

Second visit with a leaky faucet. Let me know when he would be out. Showed up on time and did an excellent job. I notice the less then stellar reviews were from people who did not want to pay his minimum. Tell your mechanic next time and see how far it get's you.

I would say -1 STAR. Terrible Company ! Anything but honest. Called them three times to schedule a visit. They were short and impatient on the phone and committed to a time-slot but never bothered to show up. They were also arrogant in demanding that we accomodate to their truck rollout schedule. Stay away from this company and suggest you look at several other plumbers out there.

its a little bit childish bashing someone else's company giving us negative ratings and saying a bunch of untrue things like we dont have a license or we dont know what we are doing when youve never seen our work or heard about our work from anyone else, you dont know if we do or do not have a license. if your company is so good then let your work stand and show for itself instead of coming to someone elses business page and trying to bad mouth us and try to represent your own company on our site. when you make a business they let you know what names are available. companies in the same area have name differences by one letter all the time thats life, get over it and stop crying, if you have more complaints you should find us on the cover of the phone book, our business office is on there too we would more then love to show you our licenses. we are new to the area and i have been plumbing for over 30 years and most of my staff have been doing it for 5+years with license as well. i hate giving out bad reviews cause i know it hurts businesses, but this is fair. be more mature then a 5 year old

Drain Masters is the best drain cleaner service I have ever used over the years. The guys actually love what they do and got right to work. I don't know why I had never heard of them in the past. They don't try to sell you on drain cleaners and other non-sense like many of the franchised companies. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Called on a Thursday at 11:30 AM and the guy was here by 12:15. Fixed it in 20 minutes, so while $125 may seem like a lot for something that quick, it was extremely convenient.

These guys are real solid! For everyone that complains about paying $125 to clean out a blocked drain please remember their experience, equipment and business costs are all apart of their cost structure. They stand behind their work, have been prompt and in this mornings case showed up and got my household back up and running. In today's day and age finding guys like this that know their trade, show up on time and are accountable for their work is priceless. I don't write reviews often so this is a testament to the work and the kind of business they run. Thanks guys....as the next coffee is on me.
