I wouldn't recommend. I was told I'd get an estimate -- that never happened. Instead, I was hit with a $1,300 bill for installing a tub and replacing some valves. It seems way over priced in my opinion.

Also, he removed a huge hole in my bathroom without asking me beforehand. I'm not sure this was necessary or just to make it easier for himself. He told me he ""had"" to take a hole out of my downstairs neighbor's ceiling to access a pipe, but when she refused, he apparently was still able to do the job (or he didn't do it, I couldn't get a straight answer from him, it was all mumbo jumbo).

Anyway, I'm sure there are more straight forward plumbers out there. I'd keep looking.

Within 2.5 hours, these two installed a cleanout, snaked the line and restored our plumbing services - ON BUDGET!

I called at least 6 other plumbers, they were either not able to provide the required services or quoted outrageous service fees.

Edward came to rescue yesterday to unclog the main sewer line. The water was getting backed up from outside sewer line outlet and whole area was contaminated. There was smell in the toilet also because of that. Ed showed up within few min of calling and finished the job within 10 min. I found him to be very reliable and great to talk to. We did a remodel a few years ago and someone left a drain plug in place and then added additional construction pipe over the top. Had One of these snake-rooter companies in and they had no clue what to do -- just wanted to drop a snake down the drain and go. These guys took the time to figure out what was actually causing the problem. they had to go under the house into the crawlspace. True Professionals.
