Alex is great. My water heater called it quits and Alex was able to replace it the same day. He also took the time to explain my various options during the install and answered all of my many questions.

When everything was done he left the area cleaner than it was when he started.

Alex is so awesome. I really appreciate good customer service. My friend Josh called in for me about my water valve converter leaking - we tried to fix it several times and still saw a leak so I called. My friend walked Alex through the steps he took and instead of just trying to send someone out Alex told him we were doing the right things just missing a few steps but we pretty much have it handled. He gave us advice and walked us through what we should have done instead. We tried it and it worked :) though we didn't need someone to be sent out this time I will definitely call these guys back if I need a professional to come out to my house to fix something

Alex came to our house to fix a pipe that was leaking under our sink a few weeks ago. Turns out the pipe was installed improperly and Alex told us where to support it with a few bricks. Now the pipes don't separate anymore and we can use the garbage disposal and water without worrying about leakage. Best of all, since it was an easy fix, Alex helped us out free of charge! Very professional and nice guy! Highly recommended

After having a plumber come out to our house , take several appliances apart, break our earthquake shut off valve and try to rip us off saying we needed to re pipe the whole house we got a second opinion from Alex at Drain Master. Alex and Sarko came out fixes everything the other plumber took apart or broke and fixed the problem. We did NOT have to re pipe the whole house. Drainmaster was professional honest and fast. We actually had them come back a week later to fix a slow draining tub. Great plumber. Call them first;) they are the BEST
