Alex came to our house to fix a pipe that was leaking under our sink a few weeks ago. Turns out the pipe was installed improperly and Alex told us where to support it with a few bricks. Now the pipes don't separate anymore and we can use the garbage disposal and water without worrying about leakage. Best of all, since it was an easy fix, Alex helped us out free of charge! Very professional and nice guy! Highly recommended

After having a plumber come out to our house , take several appliances apart, break our earthquake shut off valve and try to rip us off saying we needed to re pipe the whole house we got a second opinion from Alex at Drain Master. Alex and Sarko came out fixes everything the other plumber took apart or broke and fixed the problem. We did NOT have to re pipe the whole house. Drainmaster was professional honest and fast. We actually had them come back a week later to fix a slow draining tub. Great plumber. Call them first;) they are the BEST

I went on to yelp to find a good plumber to clear out my backed up kitchen sink. I called one company in Simi bright and early in the morning who gave me a 3 hr window in the later afternoon. That wasn't cutting it for me so I called the next on my list which was Drain Master who is based in Chatworthand was able to provide me better customer service than a company located close by. I was given a 2 hr window on the same day and in the morning hours. The technician, Sarkis, not only called me 20 minutes prior to arriving but it was only 40 minutes into the window of time. He was prompt, professional and gave me a quote based on his evaluation of the problem prior to starting the work. Sarkis was super professional and snaked my sink at the outside clean out. He and his assistant even put booties over their shoes to protect my flooring when they came into the house to evaluate the issue. You just don't find companies or service professionals like this any more. I definitely will keep this one in mind should I need a plumber again.

These guys are awesome. They squeezed us in at the end of the day and unclogged our shower and toilet pretty quickly. Our toilet had to be removed to get to the clog, and after putting it back and cleaning/disenfecting everything, Sako was a total gentleman and even went the extra mile and emptied the trash can for us! Courteous and professional, I'll definitely be calling them next time we need a plumber.

Drain Master Plumbing is my new best friend. I had no idea they are more than just a plumbing company. They do plumbing, electrical, remodeling and much more. I called Alex to inspect a leak I was having in my newly remodeled bathroom shower. Alex showed up at the time he said he would which goes to shows he is very considerate of other people's time. He inspected the leak and pointed out other areas of concern besides the leak which would be very costly if not fixed. I was very disappointed with the previous contractor once Alex pointed out these problems. He suggested demolishing everything and starting over. Although I did not want to do this because I had already paid the other contractor I really did not have a choice. Alex and his team did the demolition and started the repairs. Alex always kept me informed every step of the way on this project. Although I had to pay more money than expected for the project I am greatly satisfied. I now have a beautiful shower with no leaks and it looks very professional. I will definitely suggest using them for any job you need done around your home. Great Job Drain Master Plumbing!!!!

My house had a plumbing problem. Basically what happened is that at the time of buying the house the inspector warned me that the plumbing under the house needed to be changed completely. I started getting quoted from different companies, but the prices were unbelievably high. I was searching for plumbing company on yelp and found Drain Master. After a giving them a call, Alex showed up shortly. He was very professional. Alex checked everything and gave me a quote that amazed me. The crew started work next morning. Within 2 days Alex and his crew finished the job and the plumbing works just great. Highly recommend. Fair prices, excellent and professional customer service. Actually found DRAIN MASTER PLUMBING AND ROOTER on yelp and decided to try it out.I called Drain master for my clogged toilet and Alex came to my house.He was very polite and professional. He unclogged my toilet in 10 minutes and gave me warranty on the repair. Would definitely recommend.Thank you yelp for helping me find the right contractor for the repair.

Excellent service!
