Our shower stopped up and I called Mike Diamond. They were very responsive and showed up promptly the same day. They diagnosed the problem as a stoppage between the master bedroom bath, at the back of the house, and the bathroom, at the front of the house. He took a look in the crawl space. He said they would have to run a camera ($468) through the pipe on the roof as our clean outs are only for the front of the house. I agreed to that and they tried to run the camera and said that the pipe zigzagged and they couldn't get the camera in through the roof. So they offered 3 options: 1. put in a clean out at the back of the house ($2247), 2. remove the drainage pipes under the house because they are cast iron ($6503), 3. both options together ($8750). They recommended both options and said they could begin the next morning. They would need 3 days to complete the job. I said I would get back to them that evening.

I went on Yelp and noticed Mike Diamond had a 1.5 star rating and there were other companies that had 5 star ratings. I could not believe a plumbing company could have a 5 star rating. Based on the reviews I called Drain Master. I called them right after 5 pm on Friday and the person who answered said they could be over between 6 and 7. I asked instead that they come by Saturday morning between 8 and 9. He agreed to that. I appreciated that he answered the phone after 5 pm on a FRIDAY and that he was willing to come out that evening!

Sarkis arrived around 8:45 am the next day (on Saturday), diagnosed the same problem, but came up with a different solution--remove the toilet and put a snake down the drain. It would cost $125 for the ""snake out"" and $65 for the toilet removal. I said okay. One hour and a half later he was done. The shower and toilet are now working! In addition, Sarkis was very clean. He cleaned up the bathroom floor. He was very polite.

My wife and I are very pleased with Drain Master and Sarkis. This is an honorable business that takes care of the problem without selling other services. We may eventually need to replace the underlying pipe but why didn't Mike Diamond suggest to remove the toilet as a first step? This was our first stoppage in the 12 years we have been in the house. I can understand replacing the pipe after multiple stoppages. I suggest that you don't call Mike Diamond but instead call Drain Master. You will save yourselves time and thousands of dollars ($190 vs $8750).

i found Drain Master Plumbing on here and based on all the positive reviews I decided to give them a call.

I spoke to Alex who was very professional, gave me a quote over the phone and dispatched his guy within the hour of my call. Sarkis (the guy who came out) was very nice. I like that he communicated everything he was going to do before he did it, asked permission to proceed... educated me about his suggestions, etc.

I definitely will use them again!

Alex and his team were incredible. I was so impressed with how he protected my cabinets and wood floor. He went out of his way to double check everything was protected before he began the work. Very thoughtful, and very good at what he does. He maintained communication with me at all times and took care of everything and more that he had promised. When he was done with the job my home looked better than when he'd arrived. I would highly reccommend this company!!!!!

These men are professionals. They have great service and fair prices. It only took them 20 minuets to finish and clean everything. These men have top quality plumbing service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called them at about 10 AM, and the man said they would be out after one job they were on. (Drain was stopped up, so no one could flush a toilet.) At 11 AM I called, but got only an answering machine (I wanted to see if they were on the way.) I left a message, got no call back. Then, I called again at 11:20, and got the answering machine again. I left a message, and AGAIN got no call back. Finally, at 11:55 I called another company, got a commitment to arrive in 1 to 2 hours (Roto-rooter) so I called Drain Master to cancel. You guessed it-- got the answering machine.

After using so many different companies through the years, I finally found the diamond in the rough. I'm clearly not surprised with all the 5 Star reviews. Alex is the total package: he's prompt, thorough, and most of all, the quality of his work shows through and through. When previous quotes/diagnosis were less than accurate, he knew right away what my issues were. I felt like I hit the lottery with his reasonable rates. This guy is just awesome. Don't waste your time with other places.

I needed the guest bathroom vessel sink (that literally shattered!) and the master toilet stopper to be be replaced the next day I called, since my brother and his family of 4 are arriving today. Alex the owner came the same day I called to assess the situation and the next day, Mike and himself arrived right after I picked up the new sink I purchased. Now everything is installed and working great!

I called Drain Master Plumbing because of a main line issue that I was having. The tech showed up On Time and got straight to work. Through each check the tech explained what they checked, why it was checked, and what the issue was. Too many times in the past I have hired contractors for house work and they talk in a lingo that is over my head, not Drain Master. They broke each item down to me in a clear manner and treated me with the utmost respect even though I have no understanding of plumbing.

Yes, Drain Master Plumbing is one of the best and if you have any plumbing issues don't hesitate to call them. They will be the only plumber you will ever need to call in the future, I guarantee it.
