I just called to get a quote for hydro jetting. He quoted me a price that was 3 times the going rate. I called about 5 plumbers and their rates were between 250-300. Drain Master wanted almost 700! Not sure why he got such high reviews. The rest of the plumbers I called also had 5 star reviews on yelp.

I called an made an appointment for an estimate on 4 patio drains that needed to be cleaned out. It was confirmed for two weeks that someone would be at my house between 1-2 pm on Tuesday, 6/5. At 11 am I get a phone call that the person expected to be at my house can't make it because of another job that is running over. Ok, that's fine but I expect my time to be rescheduled right then and there. I was suppose to get a call back from someone in the office to reschedule - no one ever called me back to reschedule. This company has no system and doesn't respect anyone's time. Don't waste your time with them.

Setup an appointment, and they had to reschedule 3-4 times. But once they did come, the work was fast and friendly and they fixed our sink quickly. We'll be using them again.

Drain Master has exceeded my expectations tremendously. I recently purchased my home and started experiencing plumbing issues within the first 2 weeks. My first step, was to use my home warranty insurance. This was a failure, as my home warranty insurance sent multiple incompetent plumbing businesses to just simply mediate the issue, as the issue was bigger than what I could imagine. After the quick fixes, I had the sewage seep back into my house through my bathtub, toilets, and even my sink. My house smelled like sewage and I couldn't handle the smell. I resorted to Yelp and found Drain Master on top of the list; however, I called other companies before committing to one plumber. Alex at Drain Master was the most interactive and listened carefully to the disaster I was experiencing. Within minutes, I was scheduled for same day service. Hugo and Sam responded, and quickly went to work. They found the issue and diagnosed the problem as a possible broken mainline. Instead of utilizing my home warranty insurance, I called my home insurance and Hugo discussed the diagnosis of the problem. Hugo was very detailed and explained the dangers of the sewage spillage to my insurance. Once the approval for work was authorized, Hugo and Sam wasted no time to resolve the issue. Though, the issue was a lot bigger than what I could imagine. Since my house was built in the 50's, the possibility of a serious expense was looming.
After discussing the possible resolutions to not just fix the problem, but to have my plumbing lines corrected once and for all (well at least as long as the new material would last), Hugo cleared the lines to have the sewage drain properly. At this moment, they recommended a mitigation company for the sewage clean-up and made an appointment for the following day.
The following day, Alex came with Hugo and Sam to resolve the problem completely. Alex did not attempt to enrich himself by doing unnecessary work and provided detailed projections on how to resolve the plumbing issue. The main plan was to cut only the necessary part of my driveway to fix the entire pipe in order to save my driveway and to have a completely open mainline. This project was scheduled the following day and was finished within 5 hours. I couldn't believe how quick, efficient, and organized the work was processed. After the work was completed, Alex came back to do a quality inspection and final overview of the completed work. All the sewage was cleaned inside and outside my house, and all the trash was discarded with no sign of residuals from the work performed.
I normally don't write such extensive reviews; however, Alex and his team deserve the recognition of being honest, attentive, and dedicated plumbing professionals. My family is grateful for the fast and detailed response. This is a business I personally recommend for any plumbing need. Drain Master will not disappoint and will provide the best resolution.
