Don, came after hours on Friday night right while our island was preparing for Hurricane Douglas possible impact. I needed our drain from sink and wash tub unclogged. It overflowed under the sink and into the wash tub making a mess. Don came and took care of the issue at hand. He has the tools and knowledge to take care of your plumbing needs. Got a call from my tenant the other night about no hot water in the shower. Not a call anyone wants to get especially after 6pm when all plumbers are done for the day. Don replied to my request within 10 minutes and we had agreed on next day service with the consent of my tenant. Having an older house meant that the shower unit was obsolete and that it would have to be replaced instead of repaired. Don came over again to redo the kitchen drain and fix an earlier ""repair,"" (another plumber) that had been leaking for nearly two years. He did so well on that, I asked him to redo the supply lines to make them as beautiful. He is an artist too! As before, we talked of many things. He even showed me how to swage Pecs tubing. Got all the hardware out and just did it. What a guy! He is a first class person and he did beautiful work. All in all, he diagnosed and fixed three sinks in the house. He went over and above in every case. How often do you get more than you asked for in this world? Unfortunately for me Don has a family. Otherwise I would be filling out adoption forms!

No lie to his 24/7 statement. I called about 1100 at night for hole in my pipes and he came. Few info over the phone and Don knew what he needed. I'll in Kaumana and he came within 20mins and fixed the issue in less than 30mins. Cut and replace and gave awesome advice for multiple things and how to save on parts by doing things in the right sequence. I would definitely recommend and definitely keep him on speed dial.
