Very responsive, confident and skilled! Don immediately got back to me when a cancellation occurred and knew we had a bit of an emergency going on and he could come a day earlier, which was a great relief! He showed up on time, got right to work, and finished the job in less than an hour! We surely thought he would have to go under the house but he was able to fix our plumbing emergency and offered and installed a new toilet while he was there! Excellent service from start to finish! Brittany the office manager replied to my text message within 10 minutes and within a couple more minutes we had Don scheduled at his first opening two days later... all without needing a phone call. You can't find responsivenesses like that! Other plumbers I called and left voicemails have still never even called back. Don then arrived on time (after a call from Brittany to notify me he had just left previous job and was on his way), we jointly reviewed the pressure tank/pump control switch problem with my well, and we agreed on a logical plan to try fixing the easy issues first to see if that solved the problem, then he went out to Ace hardware to grab a rare part, and returned right after to execute the fix. The fix worked. He also fixed a running toilet in the same visit. Overall, Don is knowledgeable, reasonable, and honest. You'll also get feedback and guidance on how your systems work, as a bonus. It seems that Don's expertise extends way beyond drains, so don't be fooled by the company name, I'd recommended him for any plumbing job. Next time, the first and only call (or text) I will make to get a plumber is to contact Drain Man!
