Not much more that I can add to all the other great reviews here. Don is a true professional and very personable. I reached out to him about a clogged drain up in Pa'auilo. He got back to me almost immediately to schedule a date and time. He was there early and the job was done in no time for a really reasonable price. He also has a wealth of helpful knowledge for any new or long time home owner.

Don is professional and awesome! This is the second time we've used him. Don is friendly and personable. His hourly rates and fees for parts and labor are totally reasonable. His after hours fee is also reasonable even though we didn't use it this time. Don shows up in a mask and is prompt with scheduling and returning calls. I highly recommend the Drain Man for any job, big or small. He also shows up in a mask, which is nice because safety :)

Found this company on Yelp when a leaky toilet needed to be fixed right away for our tenant. This emergency happened on Friday night. Don came to rescue on Sunday afternoon. When he told us the toilet has a crack and needs to be replaced I was horrified as it was already 4 pm on Sunday. I thought Don will have to come back on Monday. No! Don went to Home Depot (30 min drive each way), bought a new toilet, and installed it right away. Who else in Hilo will do this on Sunday night? I bet only Don does. (You know what I mean if you lived here long enough.) Our tenant could come back to a functioning toilet, thanks to Don. I highly recommend this company. Mahalo Don!

Don was great. Communication was quick and efficient and set up an appointment of the next day. Showed up right on time. Came to unclog our main pipe on a Sunday and didn't charger extra. Got to have respect for that work ethic, especially when people can be hard to contact on the weekend. Service took less then a hour and also gave a bunch of tips as to how to avoid the problem in the future. Would 100% recommend contacting Don if you have a plumbing problem.

I needed a water heater to be replaced at my residence, so I called and spoke to Don's wife who was very pleasant and professional. I was given an appointment for the very next day, and Don arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Don was very friendly and did a great install with my new water heater. He took the time to explain what he did and disposed of my old water heater /packaging. Don's rates where very affordable and the quality of his workmanship was greatly appreciated. I will use this company again in the future and I'll also be recommending him to family and friends!
