I had serious issues with my sewage line out to the street. I had a few companies come out and give estimates, none were great. Justin from Drain Kings came out and he was thorough, informative and a real nice guy. He told me the other estimates were garbage, and then proved why. He explained everything to me, seriously, everything. I really appreciated that. It means a lot when people go out of their way to let you know what's the beat way to proceed. Justin was amazing.

I could tell the overestimates bothered him as well, as they do make the profession less reliable.

Justin gave me a price and a work time that were both half the closest rival's. I really can't imagine going with another company for any of my plumbing needs, although I probably won't have any since they've been here.

A great company with great people! You can't go wrong with that.

I had a clogged pool drain and called them to snake it out. They were so honest and explained that there was a chance it would damage the plumbing pipes because of all the angles and cheap material. So I decided not to use them and use drano Instead. They didn't even charge me for the visit. Will use them next time for sure. Thanks for being so honest!

I was in need of a plumber and not sure if I needed new toilets or other work. Called Drain Kings, Mike came over, took a look at both our toilets and snaked them for awhile. Mike is a very hard worker, so professional and very clean. I was expecting him to say that I needed all this other type of work and he was straight forward and said I was good to go! We had an emergency drain issue. It has turned out to be a huge project of digging a trench through the house and garage to the mainline outside. No one likes that kind of news. But Joe, our job foreman, has been great. Using special equipment his predictions of where the burst pipes were under the flooring, and how all the piping came together under the concrete turned out to be all correct. I have been very impressed by Joe's knowledge of drains and plumbing and it has been very reassuring and comforting. I highly recommend Drain Kings, they are upfront, honor their quotes, and deliver what they promise. Hard to ask for more.

One of those rare cases where I'd give 10 stars if it was available. Monday afternoon I learned that I am having issues with my sewer line backing up. I called Drain Kings at around 3:30 in the afternoon hoping that they can send someone the next day. The lady on the phone got my address information and the nature of the problem and said that someone can be there within 15-30 minutes. Wow!!!

About 20 minutes later, two guys, Mike and Tracy showed up at my door. Very professional, clean, respectful. Withing few minutes they determined what the problem was, used a camera to pinpoint the exact location (actually found roots blocking the pipe in several locations). They cleaned the immediate problem and gave me several options on how to address it long term. They came back the next day exactly as scheduled and did all the necessary work. All in all, I couldn't be happier.
