I hired Drain Kings to come out to inspect my rear garden drainage system. John showed up on time (wearing a mask and respecting all the social distance protocols). Before jumping in and doing what I thought was needed (hydro blast cleaning to clear dirt and garden debris), John inspected the surface area of concern and the pipe clearance for less expensive charge. We have had a slow drain for many years. My solution turned out to not be the issue, which we found out without blowing a lot of money just to figure out that the project was more complicated. Instead I have a monitoring plan to be on the lookout to determine if our flow condition deteriorates further, at which time we will address. John was very knowledgeable and took his time on the job. Good guy. Headquarter folks also very nice and responsive for scheduling etc.

We called for a drain issue and Drain Kings was at my house within the hour. Their Technician, Mike Noteware was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He gets 5 stars for the way he does his job. But, character counts just as much. In the course of the job someone hit the side of my car with a tool. He could have very easily ignored it, and honestly I would never have known. But he didn't. He told me what happened and took responsibility for it. It was no big deal, but he really impressed me. Six stars for quality workmanship delivered with courtesy and honesty.

This company totally ripped me off. And, sadly, I let them do it. They charged me many thousands for work I didn't need. I can only blame my ignorance. I had to refinance my house to pay for their work.

Beware of John. He'll promise so many ""extras"" in his speil, and then deliver none of them.

I had serious issues with my sewage line out to the street. I had a few companies come out and give estimates, none were great. Justin from Drain Kings came out and he was thorough, informative and a real nice guy. He told me the other estimates were garbage, and then proved why. He explained everything to me, seriously, everything. I really appreciated that. It means a lot when people go out of their way to let you know what's the beat way to proceed. Justin was amazing.

I could tell the overestimates bothered him as well, as they do make the profession less reliable.

Justin gave me a price and a work time that were both half the closest rival's. I really can't imagine going with another company for any of my plumbing needs, although I probably won't have any since they've been here.

A great company with great people! You can't go wrong with that.

It started as a clogged sink, but ended up being a lot bigger issue. Joe was very clear on the different options we could do. He helped us out in these Covid times giving us the best pricing they could.

I had a clogged pool drain and called them to snake it out. They were so honest and explained that there was a chance it would damage the plumbing pipes because of all the angles and cheap material. So I decided not to use them and use drano Instead. They didn't even charge me for the visit. Will use them next time for sure. Thanks for being so honest!
