What a great service experience I had with Drain Kings. My mom's home needed our line hydro jetted. They were quick to respond and arrived in 30 minutes and completely hydro jetted our line and gave a 30 day warranty for the work! The technicians name was Tiago and was very knowledgeable and responsive. If you call for any plumbing needs, ask for Tiago.

What a day! I woke up this morning to find out my toilet had backed up. I immediately came online to find a local plumber in or around my area. Several companies reached out but only one was available asap. Technician Tiago from Drain Kings came out and cleared my toilet stoppage within 10 minutes! They were suppose to show up today to clean out my outside drain
I decided to call 15 minutes after the estimated time and was told the truck broke down and I would need to be rescheduled for some 'maybe next week'

Why didn't they call me and proactively reschedule when they knew the truck broke down? Moreover, they have only 1 truck and can't keep this truck in running order?

Very poor customer service.

Recommend strongly to use another provider if you are WLV or TO area!

Tiago and Lauren saved the day for us. We called at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon because our washing machine drain was backing up. Tiago had it fixed by 4 pm. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely call them again.
