I was in need of a plumber and not sure if I needed new toilets or other work. Called Drain Kings, Mike came over, took a look at both our toilets and snaked them for awhile. Mike is a very hard worker, so professional and very clean. I was expecting him to say that I needed all this other type of work and he was straight forward and said I was good to go! We had an emergency drain issue. It has turned out to be a huge project of digging a trench through the house and garage to the mainline outside. No one likes that kind of news. But Joe, our job foreman, has been great. Using special equipment his predictions of where the burst pipes were under the flooring, and how all the piping came together under the concrete turned out to be all correct. I have been very impressed by Joe's knowledge of drains and plumbing and it has been very reassuring and comforting. I highly recommend Drain Kings, they are upfront, honor their quotes, and deliver what they promise. Hard to ask for more.

One of those rare cases where I'd give 10 stars if it was available. Monday afternoon I learned that I am having issues with my sewer line backing up. I called Drain Kings at around 3:30 in the afternoon hoping that they can send someone the next day. The lady on the phone got my address information and the nature of the problem and said that someone can be there within 15-30 minutes. Wow!!!

About 20 minutes later, two guys, Mike and Tracy showed up at my door. Very professional, clean, respectful. Withing few minutes they determined what the problem was, used a camera to pinpoint the exact location (actually found roots blocking the pipe in several locations). They cleaned the immediate problem and gave me several options on how to address it long term. They came back the next day exactly as scheduled and did all the necessary work. All in all, I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic bunch of guys. My mainline was full of roots and these guys came out to my house at 2am on a Saturday and helped me get flowing again. Drian kings were able to dig up a section that night and repaired a section that was broken. Then while there they can a camera (imagin that a camera) into my sewer system and showed me what a poor condition my line was in and I told them to please lets get this done asap. They were on it and within a few days my family and I were able to flush with a piece of mind. Great service, nice guys and clean as well as cost affective. If you have plumbing problems look no further. Our master bath sinks were not draining and these guys came out immediately and got everything up and running with kindness and class. The work was impeccable, very neat and clean. They had to break open an exterior wall and dig into our landscaped courtyard to get to the clogged pipes. Everything was put back exactly how it was before they began. I can't express enough how impressed I am with their work ethic, and everything was done with a smile.

I have to say an excellent plumbing experience..... my main line was backed up into some of the ancillary lines and they did a great job of eliminating the clog with a high pressure waterjet.... they told me when they would be there... showed up a bit early and were done in less time than expected...and the price was very fair. I hope I don't need this kind of service again but if I do, I know who I'll be calling
