Chuck changed my sewer line about 7 years ago. I had a backup and called for a cleaning after it backed up again in my basement. They sent a camera through the line and my line had a belly in it. It was in the new section of pipe. Chuck told me the warranty was 5 years, but he would give me a good deal of $10,000 to repair the line. A new sewer line should last a minimum of 20 years. Stay away. Not only was his work shabby, but he won't stand behind it. Don't be fooled by his good prices. You get what you pay for

Chuck and his team are the best. While other companies tried to sell bandaid solutions for my sewer line, Chuck actually replaced it. His team were on time, did an awesome job. Chuck also worked with the township to get them to fix my water supply line. And best of all, Drain King's prices are very compeitive. I will definitely recommend Drain King!

Our drain line had a clog and we called Chuck to come and look at it. He wasn't available until the next day. We flushed the toilet and water was coming out of the washing machine drain. I needed a sewer line fixed on a house that my mother lived in and had recently passed away. I had no idea where the lines were and where they came out. I was referred to Drain King and it was the BEST recommendation ever. Chuck St. and Chuck Jr. came out right away. I had very little info to give them. Instead of just starting to make a mess and just start doing things that I had no idea if necessary, they asked me to get more information on what was found first. They could have performed alot of work but told me to get more information. Even when they got it, it still was not entirely clear.

Chuck and Chuck were really conscientious to do the job but not start digging up the whole house until they had a better understanding. They did a fantastic job, had the equipment with them and we so kind to clean up any areas they touched. Could not recommend a better company! Honest, filled with integrity and truly nice people who even cared about what I was going thru in trying to sell my mother's house after she had just died. A proud, hard working and caring family business. The best out there. Call Drain King!!

I called Drain King to service a clogged toilet in one of our bathrooms. While it wasn't an emergency requiring same day service, I was very pleased that Chuck was able to put us on the schedue for the following morning. As promised, he called before arriving at 9:30 and he and his son assessed what the issue was and successfully cleared the clog quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should we have any future issues and will definitely recommend Drain King for their quick, courteous service, fair price and professionalism.

I can't say enough about how much I would recommend Drain King for your plumbing work. My sewer line failed and wasn't covered under the water company insurance. After reaching out to Drain King for an estimate for work, We scheduled a time to take care of the replacement. Later that day, the sewer line failed, and after making an emergent call to Chuck, he was able to rearrange his schedule and have the work completed the following morning. No other company I even approached had anywhere near the concern or assistance that was provided by Drain King. First thing the following more Chuck, his son, and the crew got right to work, and went even as far as trying to protect my lawn for replanting afterward. Even on a brutally hot day, they worked fast and efficiently and before I knew it, the hole was filled and the home plumbing was working better than it had in years. I can't recommend the folks any more positively than to say, they are the most trusted professionals I've ever brought in to do work on my home. Thank you so much guys!

I have a problem with a clogged pipe every so many years. In the past I have used some local specialty plumbers for an exorbitant price and mess . My plumber said to call Drain King because they have the equipment to do the job. Long story short, rectified quickly, no mess and 1/2 the price I've paid in the past !
