I called Drain King to service a clogged toilet in one of our bathrooms. While it wasn't an emergency requiring same day service, I was very pleased that Chuck was able to put us on the schedue for the following morning. As promised, he called before arriving at 9:30 and he and his son assessed what the issue was and successfully cleared the clog quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should we have any future issues and will definitely recommend Drain King for their quick, courteous service, fair price and professionalism.

I can't say enough about how much I would recommend Drain King for your plumbing work. My sewer line failed and wasn't covered under the water company insurance. After reaching out to Drain King for an estimate for work, We scheduled a time to take care of the replacement. Later that day, the sewer line failed, and after making an emergent call to Chuck, he was able to rearrange his schedule and have the work completed the following morning. No other company I even approached had anywhere near the concern or assistance that was provided by Drain King. First thing the following more Chuck, his son, and the crew got right to work, and went even as far as trying to protect my lawn for replanting afterward. Even on a brutally hot day, they worked fast and efficiently and before I knew it, the hole was filled and the home plumbing was working better than it had in years. I can't recommend the folks any more positively than to say, they are the most trusted professionals I've ever brought in to do work on my home. Thank you so much guys!

I have a problem with a clogged pipe every so many years. In the past I have used some local specialty plumbers for an exorbitant price and mess . My plumber said to call Drain King because they have the equipment to do the job. Long story short, rectified quickly, no mess and 1/2 the price I've paid in the past ! Christmas Day we hosted 6 for dinner with a complex menu. Lots of debris went down the garbage disposal and the drain clogs backing up into the adjacent sink.

Dinner only slightly delayed, we have a good time and leave the dishes on the table. After the guests leave I try to snake the pipe in the floor but can't get the auger to make the turn. Research plumbers til late then get up early to start calling. Having seen some plumbers reviews where someone told the customer to use a corrosive, I wanted a specialist in drain cleaning. Drain King seemed ideal as their ethics were also high, except we might be outside his service area.

Chuck answered his phone promptly, but said upfront he had a big job that day and couldn't promise he could come out. He suggested trying someone else if I couldn't wait. I tried others but between disconnected listings and others who still haven't called me back, I called Chuck again. He let me know by noon that he was not available until the next day.

He called before he came with his son, very professional and respectful, and well equipped. Price stated upfront, any form of payment accepted at the end of the job. They wheeled in a power snake auger, fed it quickly into the pipe. With the right tool it had no trouble making the turn into the pipe in the slab. They made sure they snaked through to the main line and they were done. Including cleanup and running my card through his phone, they were out in 20 minutes tops. Well worth a couple hundred and a tip on top, especially considering the holiday week.
