COMPANY. If I could rate them negatively, I would. The technician I dealt with was terrible. My garbage disposal was broken, and my Home Warranty Company referred them. Worst choice ever. The technician installed a cheap garbage disposal that was loud and stopped working the next day. He was rude to my tenant during the installation and rude to me when I called to report the issue and ask for a follow-up to assess the problem. Getting the follow-up scheduled took forever because they stopped responding to me, and I had to have my warranty company contact them. BUT THE WORST is I posted a review on their site today, and the technician texted me directly, bombarding me with questions about my review, and was completely unprofessional. STAY AWAY. They are not worth the heartache, and they do poor work. I posted a screenshot of the text message. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Not even sure if this is a legitimate company. No signage on the vehicle. Don't speak English. Wouldn't even try to repair something but just said it needs to be replaced. Wanted to get in and out as fast as possible.
Doubtful they are even licensed. But don't know because couldn't even communicate.

This company is totally terrible. The were assigned by First American Home Warranty to fix a leaky faucet. When they came out they tried to open/remove the existing faucet. They could not, even though after I called the manufacturer they told me how to do it which I was able to do (remove the old faucet so a part could be replaced).

Drain Guard told my warranty company that the whole faucet had to be replaced. I agreed to it. For over 30 days the warranty company told Drain Guard to come out to do the replacement. They never came. Finally First American replaced them with another plumber.

DO NOT USE DRAIN GUARD.

I called my home Home Warranty for my main sewer line, and they said drain guard plumbing is the assigned to come out and unclog the mainline, when he showed up, he parked in my driveway even there is a space in the front of my house on the street. There was unprofessional then he used small snake machine for the main sewer line which did not work he kept trying in and out and out because he was too lazy to carry the big machine with the better tip on the end to cut whatever is causing the stoppage of the line so then he said you have roots in your line which may be true. He also said you need hydrojet type of machine to clear out. The line,and is gonna cost you $1100. I refused to pay and he took off without unclogging my sewer line very unprofessional nasty.

I was assigned this contractor to unclog a toilet. Although the gentleman was nice he did not solve the problem stating that he could not remove the toilet to do the work. Nowhere in my contract, it states that. After the issue was closed as unresolved I ended up fixing it myself because they asked to charge us outside of my home warranty.

Luckily it was an easy fix and sealed the toilet myself. Unfortunately, contractors like this exist and be aware if they are assigned to you. Request for someone else!

I have used this company twice now and both times the service has been above and beyond. David most recently completed a plumbing service call and was professional and patient. I'm so pleased and relieved to have found a plumbing company that is reliable and top notch.

If you are assigned to this company, immediately request another company. They offer a cash payout in lieu of repair. They dont know the job at all. I ended up hiring another company.

We had a leak behind our old kitchen faucet and Ara came out and did an excellent job of fixing the leak. After replacing the leaking pipe he installed the new faucet we had. The existing plumbing is really old, in the wall and uneven. He was able to install the new faucet and have it flush to the wall which the old one was never level or flush. And he came out on a Saturday! Thank you, Ara! You were professional and did an excellent job! We will definitely be calling again if we have any issues.
