Kevin was amazing! He replaced the toilet for us very fast and even took the time to find us one that matched better than the old one (without us even asking him). He paid a lot of attention to details and was extremely personable and kind. He took the time to double check other areas of the house and taught us so much. Very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. This is our second time using John's company and we had a great experience both times. Highly recommend!

Quality of work was excellent. Problem I had with this company was their exorbitant installation prices. I wanted 2 small vanity sinks installed which I had already purchased and they wanted $900 to basically tack those two 24 inch boxes onto my bathroom wall. The smoke screen companies R using to get away with this is task code. I was told that they punched in my work request/their system spit out a $900 installation task code. This means a company can charge a customer whatever they want. I'll never use this company again. I suspect this task code scam is industry wide so I guess I will look for a handyman to do the work so I can pay a fair price equal to the job. In this case the job is very small but the price is ridiculous.

I needed a lower heating element installed and one company quoted me $475.00 after I told them I had the element from Rheem. They did respond so I got in touch with Drain Genie Plumbing and they said they could have someone here today! Kevin arrived early and took great care of replacing the element and costs a lot less than the other folks because I already had the element. I would highly recommend Kevin and Drain Genie for any plumbing services you need!

Our garbage disposal started leaking pretty heavy. Called the office line at 2 and someone was out by 7 same day. The gentlemen were very polite and cleaned up when they were done. We will be using them again in the future.

I had a clogged drain and a problem with my garbage disposal they fix both of them. Not only that but the specialist showed me how to avoid a problem in the future. I had to call after hours one time because of the garbage disposal and they send somebody out first thing in the morning to rectify the issue very responsible business.

It was Mother's Day weekend, my mother-in-law was visiting from out of town, and the all the boys had a date to watch Dr. Strange. At the worst time, the toilet began to leak from beneath the floor and water had flooded half the house. It was chaos!! Oh let me add, I have two kids under 5 who thought it was time to jump on indoor puddles !! By the time I managed to call Drain Genie it was past 8 PM. Thankfully they were very responsive and professional by 10:45 PM our toilets and faucets were working .... the drain was unclogged!!! Adrian who came out to fix the problem was so professional, clean ( made sure to remove his shoes and not add more dirt to the mess we had inside the house ) , he's a genuine family man. I highly recommend Drain Genie for their rapid response and great service!!

They were very responsive. Good communication and came out right away. The service tech was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. The cost like everything else right now I thought was a bit high. $305 for parts and labor for about a 45 min job. I'm not sure if the price was too high but given that we had a couple of stressful days without working water as my husband tinkered in unknown territory I'm grateful! I would use them again.
