Charlie and Charlie came out to help with a clogged drain. They are a father and son team. They did a great job, we're personable and made sure everything was flowing again before heading out. The price was fair for what I got: an experienced team who knew what they were doing and weren't trying to sell me services beyond what was needed. I definitely will recommend them

Drain Genie One phone call and a few text messages was all it took to conjure up the drain genie who appeared in my driveway right on time. After a brief consultation the genie Carlos sprung into action and was finished in less than an hour. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and drone a nice new truck full of tools. Next thing I knew my drain was working and he had disappeared. My only complaint was ... I didn't get to rub the lamp ... he just appeared!

It was Mother's Day weekend, my mother-in-law was visiting from out of town, and the all the boys had a date to watch Dr. Strange. At the worst time, the toilet began to leak from beneath the floor and water had flooded half the house. It was chaos!! Oh let me add, I have two kids under 5 who thought it was time to jump on indoor puddles !! By the time I managed to call Drain Genie it was past 8 PM. Thankfully they were very responsive and professional by 10:45 PM our toilets and faucets were working .... the drain was unclogged!!! Adrian who came out to fix the problem was so professional, clean ( made sure to remove his shoes and not add more dirt to the mess we had inside the house ) , he's a genuine family man. I highly recommend Drain Genie for their rapid response and great service!!

I noticed when my water bill came out It was about 100x more than usual. (It went from normally $30 to more than $300!!!) The City of Longwood came out to read the meter & it was spinning at 4-5 gallons a minute. Well. We had Drain Genie come out to our house prior for an overflow in our bathroom & they did an amazing job, so we called them again. Since we were not able to figure out where the leak was coming from they recommended we go to Leak Doctor first, then they (Drain Genie) would come out to fix where the leak was. Well first, let me just say Leak Doctor was awesome. David was the guy that came over & he was quick, efficient & their troubleshooting was great. He was enthusiastic & very friendly. I'm completely happy with their service & it shows a lot with their service to know that Drain Genie works with them. They pinpointed exactly where the leak was & turned off the main valve to stop the leak immediately & then called Drain Genie to come out & resolve the rest. Drain Genie sent out Eric & Adrien within a few hours on the same day! I remember Eric from the last time we had them over, so it was good to know that they don't contract out their workers - I appreciate that! Eric & Adrien gave outstanding service. They removed the corroded copper piping (It had a 5mm hole - so that's where the 4-5 gallons a min were coming from - lol) & replaced It with PVC piping. They were kind, professional, & extremely efficient. This whole escapade was fixed in less than 24 hours total & I am super appreciative of how quickly they resolved it. I mean seriously who does that anymore & if they do something that quickly & swiftly - usually its missing great customer service. Drain Genie had great customer service & a swift turn around! I'm happy that these guys are around. Eric even helped me check my water meter to ensure It was running efficiently. He also let me know that they could do a quote to replace the copper piping from the main line to PVC & thought outside the box for an efficient way to redo the main line. Totally appreciate that! Moving forward, I'll always use these guys. Thanks again for the outstanding service. I completely recommend them!

Our toilet detached from the floor, I thought the screws had rusted out but upon examination the flange was completely rusted out as well. Fixing that is above my pay grade. I sent a request for service on a Sunday mid-morning received an immediate response and upon sharing information and a picture, had a quote with a good case and a worst case scenario. The service was scheduled for Monday, and the technician was delayed a little beyond the time window advised but the company called my wife to let her know. The technician and I believe a trainee arrived, fixed the problem under the good scenario which was for a competitive, fair price. The technicians were courteous, showed and sent pictures of what the work they performed. Everything was neat and clean. This is the kind of people and company I want to do business with, fast response, quick service, fair, and honest communication.

I had an issue with the hot water pressure valve in my condo and hadn't had hot water in 3 days (after my condo semi flooded). I messaged a few plumbers and everyone was so busy and prices were outrageous. I spoke with John from Drain Genie and he was very very kind and patient. He had me send him a few pics of the valve, the hot water tank and the pipes to his phone. Then he asked how handy I was.. and **FOR FREE** walked me through fixing the problem with the valve. Yes, he helped me over the phone for free. Who does that these days? Only someone who cares deeply about their customers. Would definitely use them if needed!

John and his team did a great job replacing my mom's hot water heater and kitchen faucet for a very fair price. She is a a senior and I asked that they have patience with her and deal with me on decisions. Very much appreciate your services. Emails, texts and phone calls along the journey to ensure she was satisfied. She is SUPER happy. Highly recommend!

Cant say thank you enough.....Christmas Eve had a leak at my water meter and they came out and took care of it so I could continue enjoying my holiday. Had a last minute repair needed for my leaky sink. They were quick and efficient. Also kept you completely in the loop on the status of where our plumber was and how long til he arrived. Very handy if you have a busy day.
