I contacted this business to address a leaky faucet. They contacted me right away. Even when they had to delay coming, they reached out and made me a priority the very next day. Big Jeff worked fast and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and just a dope individual all around. Great people person and excellent customer service. Professional the entire time. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Drain Fighter Jetting and Drain Cleaning Services. All I needed was my bathtub faucet to be replaced and the issue wasn't fully resolved, and I ended up having to call another company to fix what should have been done right the first time and zero accountability left me very dissatisfied. The price for the job changed about three times and I didn't feel like they were upfront about costs. I expected better service and transparency. To be honest all they had to do is tell me they don't service this area and wouldn't be able to take the job instead of shamming me out of my hard earned money. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

My home is from 1940. My kitchen sink was clogged. It had been snaked by a different plumber, but the clog was past where the PVC pipes meet the metal ones, and he couldn't reach it. He recommended I call someone who offers drain jetting.

I called James of Draining Fighter Jetting. They got the job done the very next day, and that's what matters to me. They jetted out a whole bunch of old grease, and now my sink drains fine. Thanks, guys!

James and his team were absolutely incredible. We had two lines that were clogged - a storm line and a sewer line - which he hydrojetted. He walked me through what he would consider and how it would all work before he even came over. He gave a good and fair pricing and made the whole process quite enjoyable. Be ware of this company. I clearly mentioned that my bathroom drain pipe had thick mineral buildup inside the pipe and would like to have it removed. James told me their equipment could brake it into tiny pieces and drained out without clogging the drain. He sent someone came 1 hour late with a small rotor rooter attached to a electric drill and done in 5 minutes. Of course thick mineral stayed inside the pipe. He charged me $249 for a 5 minute job that I could do it myself. A very dishonest business practice. I believe those good reviews are fake reviews.
