After learning we had a clogged tub drain, I called The Drain Fighter today, expecting to schedule an appointment days from now. Instead, James answered and quickly said that he thought he'd be able to come out after completing two other jobs. 3 hours later, he called and provided his estimated time of arrival, and shortly after that, our problem was resolved. He was friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience, not to mention reasonably priced, and we'll definitely use him for our next need. Couldn't recommend him more!
