I had major problems with this company the worst customer service ever from even talking to the owner Raül about the problem we had from them putting a dent in our fridge to walking with there wet shoes all over the carpet to using our trash bins from our apartment complex as there own restroom in front of children which is not aprópiate from also working in our kitchen sink and placing the dirty water and tools on top of our contuer overall I have spoke to there manger and owner and nothing has been done even our own manger have told them multiple times about the problems and just give her the run around on who to talk to about the problem but nothing gets done

This has been the best plumbing experience that I've found ,they courteous, reliable ,honest and reasonable. I have had a washer backup into my kitchen sink and my garage for years. Time and time again I have had plumbers come out to look, snake once and tell me I only needed a few feet. I also have been told by other plumbers that I needed my cast iron pipes replaced because they were worn out and causing the problem. Another said they needed to jack hammer through my home. That's because neither could clear the drain.
Thanks to yelp I found Raul and his draining expert . They cleared both lines and I can now wash without worrying that my kitchen would flood.

I highly recommend them. And will definitely be calling them back for my next plumbing problem.

From the beginning to the end we receive excellent service. Spoke to Elizabeth and told her I needed help ASAP that my water was backing up on my bathtub and toilet and had to turn off the water. I mention to her we were without use of the shower and toilet. Elizabeth told me she will get a technician out right away. After 30 minutes Elizabeth call us to confirm technician was on it way and less than 5 Minutes they were there. They detected he problem. Explain what happen and there findings. They fix backup on my bathtub and toilet. Service very prompt and affordable. Raul and the rest of the staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. They inform me of the problem and how to avoid this problem to happen in the future. After a month of service received from them I have experience no problem with my plumbing. Very happy with the service and will continue to refer my family and friends. Thank you guys for everything!

Just bought a new house and it came with some plumbing problems that the inspector failed to notice. With no help from the home warranty company who sent us out a sub par plumber to say the least, we checked yelp and this company was top of the list. After sending out about 5 inquiries we chose to go with Steel because of the professional response and they were able to come out immediately (5pm-6pm) and give us a quote for free. The next morning they Raul and his team came out and got started right away determining how they were going to resolve our problem and explained it to us almost every step of the way. They even let us watch the camera they sent down the clean out and explained what they saw and what problems that may arise down the line in the future. They all seemed very knowledgeable and professional about their work and were very polite and courteous, and answered any and all questions we had. Over all we are very happy with the service they provided and will continue to use them in the future, especially since they know the ins and outs of our plumbing now!

Alfredo and Ryan came out to my home where I had a leak..they located and determined I had a slab leak ..they gave me a couple of different ways to manage my problem and went for a re route..they saved me my floor and a lot of headaches. They were very polite and clean. Definitely recommend them.

They were hired by my management company to replace some pipes in my unit. From the way they left my unit you would of thought no one resided inside. They left debris and dust all over my table, chairs, carpet, couch, floors, stove, walls and everything that was else in the kitchen, dining and living area. After removing the drywall they left me with an exposed wall with old dirty broken metal brackets and exposed insulation that has been in the wall for God knows how long. A complete lack of respect for my things and personal space.

This company showed no respect whatsoever when repiping my place. I strongly recommend you watch them and make sure they do a good job. This is not what I expect from a professional company. I will have to pay for a company to clean up behind them and clean all my furniture because of the overspray of drywall and dust! Use someone else if possible (better safe yhan sorry)

*Update- They did send someone out to quickly vacuum my apartment so they did something to try and remedy the original problem. So I will upgrade the one star to a 3 star.

Raul responded quickly to our call after we had standing water in our front planter box. After doing a leak detection it was determined it wasn't coming from inside and he was ""99%"" sure that this was a sewer leak, even though there was no smell or noticeable break when the camera was inserted in the line. We asked several times if it could be coming from the pool but Raul said no and recommended a $5,000 sleeve. After much discussion and assurance from Raul we proceeded. However, we still had the problem and his next recommendation was to jack hammer our post tension slab at a cost of about $20,000. We refused and followed our gut instinct only to find out it was a small leak coming from our pool, a $500 fix versus $5,000. We have called and text Raul asking for a partial refund, since he was 99% sure. Still no partial refund or conversation regarding a refund. We also incurred costs from the landscaping, lighting, and sprinklers that were dug up to expose the sewer line. Moral of the story....trust your gut!

I wanted the water pressure regulating valve and a shut off valve to my house replaced because I had a small leak. The Steel Plumbing and Drain guy gave me a quote of $650. I asked how much is the pressure regulating valve that is going to be installed, and the Steel Plumbing guy said $200. I asked for a breakdown (itemized) cost of the labor and parts, and the Steel Plumbing guy said it is a fixed $650 for this replacement work. I had the work done, and it was done well as far as I could tell. Two days later I find out that the pressure regulating valve can bought at Home Depot for only $91.20, and was quoted $300 to get all of the same work done. So the Steel Plumbing and Drain people can not be trusted with prices, and they charge way too much. So, parts were about $130, and with about 2 hours of work, it came out to $260/ hour; and this was for scheduled work.
