While the technicians who came to the house were polite and knowledgeable, the company consistently charged extra for things that should have been included, according to other companies who looked at the job after Drain Experts canceled it without completing the job. The new company came in and fixed what was unfinished within a few minutes without charging me extra (Drain Experts were going to charge $250 to replace a part that just needed to have the reset button pressed), and were surprised that things that they would have included in the job (drain pan and replacing old valves/connecting hoses, especially with a $900 out of pocket fee) were denied by Drain Experts. If I could give 0 stars for their customer service, I would.

We had a good experience with Raul and his guys. After having other contractors come out and try to fix or figure out our drain problem, Raul and his guys used their cameras, pressure washer, and experience to solve the mystery as to why our drains were not flowing more quickly. They had to dig and dig in the yard until they found the breaks and busted lines.

I believe the pricing was fair - we had a lot of work and Raul even did us a few favors over the course of days they worked at our house. Raul was patient with explaining to me and then explaining a second time when my husband came home.

Great company.Top shelf in my book... I reached out to multiple companies for a price. These guys were quick to respond and come out and get an estimate with straight up answers. I should have went the extra step and videoed my sewer line it would have saved time and money but Once I approved of the work they put me on the calendar quicker than expected. They have been there to answer any questions and fix any issues before, during and after the installation of our new upstairs 3/4 bath.
I highly recommend this company and I personally will not have to call any other plumber again as they have won any future business with me.

Based on reviews, I called All City Plumbing first and had major problems working with the technician they had sent out. That is when I decided to call Drain Experts. Raul, Aaron and the rest of the team are true professionals. I had a major issue and Raul and his team identified the problem and fixed the issue. Raul was always easy to reach and answered all my questions (I had a lot). Raul broke down everything step by step and made it easy to understand the problem that we were having. Plumbing issues are never fun to deal with. Especially when its over the weekend with bad weather conditions. I called several other plumbers who all needed several days before they could come fix the our plumbing issues. Raul was at my house within 2 hours of calling. He fixed our clogged pipes and even assisted me with some other drain issues we were having with our pool. Problems solved in less then a couple of hours. Thanks guys

I normally do not place reviews on Yelp ,but the way my request was handled or not handled as the case maybe by Drain Experts (DE), I needed to let the facts speak for themselves. My client had a plugged up sewer line on a commercial business and needed it cleaned quickly. Clean outs in the restrooms and just outside the bldg. were readily accessible, the drain line length according to DE was 200 feet. Drain Experts was called into hydro jet the line, which they completed the work and charged my client $ 1,800, which when I heard the amount, it seemed high to me. So in recent weeks, I secured pricing for the same parameters of work from two local plumbing/rooter service companies in the $ 750 to $950 range. I will let the facts speak for themselves for the hydro jetting services by Drain Experts.
Upon completion of the hydro jetting work, the tech stated the blockage would be back in 3 to 6 months if we do not fix the line. Drain Experts submitted a proposal in the amount of $ 6,500 for various repairs to the drain line and clean outs. Upon receipt and review of the proposal, I sent an detailed email back requesting an explanation to the proposal directly to Raul and we received no response. 11 days later after sending the first email, I sent a follow up email directly to Raul for an explanation of the proposal and still no response from Drain Experts was received. Now over 2 months later, we still have not received a response from Raul, the owner of Drain Experts. Subsequently after these events, I had my own maintenance team camera the full line and perform a thorough cleaning of the line. Interesting facts came to light in our camera review of the line. The total length of the line was overstated by 10% by DE. The tech stated the full cast iron line needed to be descaled. We discovered 20 feet out from the bldg., the sewer line changes to clay, there is no scale in clay pipe, again not an accurate scope of work by Drain Experts, as they over stated the necessary length of pipe to be descaled by 50%. I am completely done with Drain Experts, and again, I will let the facts as stated above to speak for themselves on the efforts or non efforts as the case maybe of Drain Experts. Drain Experts will not be on our select list of venders for our property management firm.

I was referred to Drain Experts to repair a slab leak. Aaron and Kyle were knowledgeable and thorough. They identified where my leak originated and rerouted the pipes, finishing in a day. I will use them for future plumbing projects.
