We recently had some serious septic tank issues and had been told it by All City Plumbing that it was going have to be completely rebuilt and because of our location and unique terrain, we were told it would be $40-$50k, which was complete nonsense. We then got smart and called DrainExperts.com. They investigated, diagnosed, and completely repaired our septic tank issues- which was root intrusion - within 3 days. Right from the start, they were confident and professional and we appreciated how straight forward they were in dealing with us right from the start. We loved their entire crew and would recommend them 100%.

Drain Experts came as a referral from a friend of ours. I spoke with Raul and he is very professional. They came out and repaired our plumbing problem. They were on time and professional. There was only 2 issues which is why it's not a 5 Star review. Upon completion of installing to shower faucets we found both to have a slight drip. They should have checked for drips / leaks upon completion. This was minor and was fixed with some additional plumbers putty and teflon tape. The only issue of concern is the price of the repair is extremely expensive. A much higher cost than any other plumber we've used in the past for similar type work. That being said as long as you can afford them they do quality work and are very professional.

There are not enough words to Express our gratitude for this plumbing company. Our plumber, Paul and his partner, have been handling a sewer issue with our family side by side trying to help us save money and get to the root of the issue safely and effectively. Paul was always available to us for advice and never made us feel like a burden for an that we continued to struggled with. I had major problems with this company the worst customer service ever from even talking to the owner Raül about the problem we had from them putting a dent in our fridge to walking with there wet shoes all over the carpet to using our trash bins from our apartment complex as there own restroom in front of children which is not aprópiate from also working in our kitchen sink and placing the dirty water and tools on top of our contuer overall I have spoke to there manger and owner and nothing has been done even our own manger have told them multiple times about the problems and just give her the run around on who to talk to about the problem but nothing gets done

This has been the best plumbing experience that I've found ,they courteous, reliable ,honest and reasonable. I have had a washer backup into my kitchen sink and my garage for years. Time and time again I have had plumbers come out to look, snake once and tell me I only needed a few feet. I also have been told by other plumbers that I needed my cast iron pipes replaced because they were worn out and causing the problem. Another said they needed to jack hammer through my home. That's because neither could clear the drain.
Thanks to yelp I found Raul and his draining expert . They cleared both lines and I can now wash without worrying that my kitchen would flood.

I highly recommend them. And will definitely be calling them back for my next plumbing problem.
