Pat is so helpful and went above and beyond even after he explained he no longer does underground plumbing.

I reached out to his company because my grandparents have a leak in their water line located under the house that extends out to the sidewalk. I read the reviews here and felt safe that they wouldn't rip off my grandparents who aren't internet savvy, and have never dealt with serious plumbing issues under the house. Sadly, Drain-EEZ no longer does underground plumbing, and also didn't know a plumber that serviced my grandparent's area, but after hearing how concerned I was about finding someone who wouldn't take advantage of them, he kindly offered for me to give him a call after getting prices from other plumbers so he could let me know if it was a fair price.

If we ever have a smaller plumbing issue, we are definitely calling Pat! Great customer service which is just plain good business.

This was my first time using YELP to find a service provider. And what a find it was! My service tech, Lou, is a One Man Plumbing Dream Team. He's professional, a great problem solver, knowledgeable, thorough, clean, and cares about his customer - not just their plumbing problems, but he sees us as fellow companions on this thing we call Life. Thank you, Lou, for a 5 Star experience! I wish I could have given you more! The next time I have a plumbing issue, I will be calling Drain-EEZ!

Lou was fantastic. I never, ever write reviews but for Lou I will make an exception. Not only does he have decades of experience, he is honest. Which is a rare quality in home service work. He was hard working and a wealth of information. In addition to Lou, the office staff was sharp and accommodating I had to cancel twice before getting them out here and there was no problem rebooking.

I had a leak with my toilet that I tried to fix myself, but ran into some questions and thought I needed to have a plumber help with the issue (Wax seal failed). I called Drain-EEZ on Sunday at noon, expecting to get an answering service, but was greeted by a plumber (from the other reviews, his name was probably Pat). The plumber talked me through what I needed to do free of charge and even told me that I could call him back if I had more questions. If I ever have any other plumbing needs, I'm definitely going with Drain-EEZ. Not many people would help free of charge on a Sunday.

Pat and his associate came out to look at our dishwasher and a small leak under the sink. We called on Monday and there were here on Wednesday. They were really prompt and helpful, and figured everything out in less than an hour. Payment was easy and convenient via credit card. I'd definitely recommend them!

Lou from Drain-EEZ Plumbing came out today to fix a clog in my bathroom sink (in the wall really) that I unsuccessfully attempted to take care of by myself. First, my conversation on the phone to make the appointment was awesome. The woman I spoke to wasn't sure they could send someone out the same day I called (totally reasonable), but said she would call back if a job Lou was working on ended up leaving some time. Sure enough, I got a call a couple of hours later saying he could come by. Lou was extremely professional, friendly and careful in his work. He didn't seem rushed and took the time to protect the floor around the sink as well as to explain what he was doing and why. He was great to talk to and happily answered my (stupid) questions without any judgment. A true professional and a very nice guy. I felt the price was reasonable given how quickly the response was (and I had to replace a corroded sink trap). It's never fun having to pay for a clogged drain, but sometimes it's best left to the professionals. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks, Lou!

I called Pat to see if he installed garbage disposals as our was leaking and had been giving us issues for a while. He came the very next day right on time. He showed me how to reset it as well as how to I jam it if it ever jammed up. Very reasonable rates and he even took care disposing of the old unit.

I almost had a 5 star experience. They came in, worked hard. The issue was unfixable, however they explained to me why and their explanation was accurate and acceptable. The missing star is due to lack of clean up. ZERO clean up, little black pieces of sludge/smudge everywhere.

I cleaned it myself, and they got the important part of the job right, but I cannot give you 5 stars if you don't clean up after yourself.

Note: One of the workers was also one of the owners.

*Edit: after they read my review the owner promptly called me to apologize and also credited me back part of my payment. I feel this was a good move and have changed my review from 4 to 5 stars. I'd recommend these folks.

Pat is... THE MAN! I had a very crazy plumbing problem with a noise in my wall. It sounded like the worst water hammer I (and even Pat after sending him videos) had ever heard. I thought for sure I would need a plumber to come out. Pat went back and forth on the phone, we traded pics/videos of the problem and he was able to coach me through what I should do to fix the problem. Note: I have never met Pat before or even used his services before.... I found him on yelp and he was the nicest person to go through everything he did to help me solve my plumbing problem (At no cost!!!!). It has been 3 weeks since Pat talked me through the fix, and I have not heard the noise in my wall since. If I ever have a need for plumbing service, or find someone that does near the Chicago/North area, I will immediately refer them to Pat!

Pat was great! He was able to come out on a Saturday and replace our disposal and even tried to trouble shoot the problem before coming out. Great service and he came on time!
