Had a basement leak and called late on a Sunday night to arrange Monday appointment. Pat was very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and temporarily fix it until he came out the next day. He came out right on time explained what needed to be done and was able to replace the pump quickly. Of course time will tell if the problem is fully fixed, but I have additional plumbing work to do down the road and I would certainly trust calling Pat again.

The contractor I previously hired to work on my bathroom project messed up with my faucet and sink. I had to call a plumber to fix the leakage of the supply lines and get the faucet replaced. Pat and Jeff showed up earlier than expected and they waited for a few mins till I get home. I let them in, showed them the problem, and went to the dining room to eat my lunch. In about 20 mins Pat came out and asked me to check the work! I was so impressed that everything was fixed and working perfectly well and that Pat even cleaned the area up!
Jeff left earlier and Pat sat down to sign the paperwork with me. He was very polite and professional and explained the pricing to me with great patience. If I ever need a plumber again, I would not hesitate but call them immediately. They are really awesome!

Didn't end up using them (wound up fixing the issue myself to save money) but when I talked to them they were the only company that I talked to that was straightforward about what the costs were going to be instead of refusing to quote me over the phone and trying to bamboozle me in person as so many plumbing companies did.

Pat and Jeff are plumbing gods. After I did something really stupid...too stupid to mention here...Pat and Jeff came in a relieved a lot of stress with professionalism and humor. If you need a plumber who's honest and gives it to you straight, look no further. One of the biggest fears as a homeowner is not getting stiffed by plumbers, electricians, etc. because after 1 minute they know if you know anything about their craft and can take advantage. Not these plumbers. Great guys. Thanks Pat and Jeff, you guys are fantastic, but I hope I don't see you again. I mean that in the highest respect.

Pat is terrific: pleasant, efficient, and honest. He fixed the mess I made trying to unscrew a stubborn tub spout, and charged a very fair price. Best of all, he didn't rub it in that I went about things like a dumbass before I called for help. I will definitely be calling Drain-EEZ next time I am tempted to reach for a hacksaw.

Great service. They arrived in a timely manner (two hour appointment window) and got right to work. The owner, Pat, worked to rod my sewer. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I will use this company for maintenance going forward. Highly recommended.

Called Drain-EEZ for a clogged kitchen sink. The woman who answered the phone at the office was pleasant and let me know Pat (Plumber) would be calling me shortly to confirm his arrival time. About 5 minutes later, Pat called..and about 20 minutes after that he was at my front door.

Would highly recommend Pat. Great guy and a skilled plumber. Took care of my clogged drain issue quickly and professionally. Would not hesitate to contact him again.

Not a big deal for me, but worth noting that they do not accept credit cards.

I called Drain-EEZ with a sewer gas leakage problem and within two hours Pat and his brother were at my door. Pat discovered a blocked drainage pipe leading out of the house and quickly went to working on a very ""dirty job"" removing by hand the black gold from my clogged drainage pipe in the basement.

Once the drain was un-blocked we realized there was a much bigger project to be done in order to cap off the ancient pipe fitting. I told Pat I hadn't planned on spending what was required for him to undertake the job, and he was kind enough to explain to me what I needed to do to cap off the pipe myself.

Long story short I was really happy with Pat's service. He fixed the immediate (very unpleasant) problem and gave me what I needed to finish the project myself
