The bloke that came to my house to fix my toilet just made it worse. Bruv didn't even do much to help the flushing situation, he just took a wild shat in it instead! I was absolutely outraged and booted him out with no pay and still a broken toilet. Complete rubbish lads.

Pat was great!! First: He Actually Answers the Phone!!. So nice to hear a voice and get questions answered right away. He came the next day and re-did the kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal.
He also fixed the upstairs faucet as well.

We have used Drain-EEZ twice over the course of the last year and a half and in both cases we were satisfied with the response, service and pricing. The first project involved a complicated shower faucet repair and fortunately Pat was able to find and replace the parts, repair the faucet and resolve all of water temperature issues in a timely and efficient manner. The second visit involved fixing a clogged toilet (bath toy obstruction in the siphon) and the installation of a new garbage disposal. Apart from getting the job done, I appreciate how quickly Drain-EEZ responds to calls, how they always arrive on time (if not earlier) than the stated appointment time and the fact that Pat always suggests numerous solutions and explains the repair process. We have Drain-eez on speed dial. As new homeowners over the past year, we've had issues with our garbage disposal, ejector pump and a toilet leaking. Each time, we called Drain-Eez, and they showed up very quickly, fixed the problem properly(no need for repeat visits), and charged super reasonable prices. I am cursed with water issues so I can tell you I have used DOZENS of plumbers over the years. There's a reason Pat will be my go-to from now on! I cannot say enough good things about Pat and Drain-eez but I'll give you an idea of the kind of service I got...
* He gave me suggestions over the phone of things I could try in hopes of avoiding a service call
* When I actually needed him to come out, he moved things around to accommodate me
* He fixed a leak in a really tricky location and installed a clean-out valve so I can maintain it on a regular basis and avoid another leak
* He was honest about everything I would need done and actually saved me a bit of money
* He has continued to offer me advice about what I should do in the future even though it won't mean more business for him
* He noticed I need to have my basement redone as a result of an unrelated flood (see? cursed!) and he has been helping me find someone who can do the job. He's called contacts of his and asked me to send him pictures so he can continue to ask around.

It's not just that he did a great job, it's that his customer service is unmatched!

Called to fix a dripping galvanized connection in the basement. It's an old building, nothing is easy, but even dayam! Pat estimated $1,500. I suddenly remembered the crappy job they did when my mom was dying in March 2019--I called Drain-eez to fix a short list of issues at my dad's building. They spent some hours and charged thousands. It was too much but I trusted them to get it right -- nope, several faucets still drip and he caulked a modern knob on the hot water spigot for the tub (looked like crap and fell off, yippee!).

After Pat gave me the ridiculous 2020 quote, I called Bryan who came and did the job in an hour with copper for $200.
