I chose Drain EEZ based on yelp reviews, and boy am I glad I did! Our kitchen sink was leaking, and they were able to fit us in the next day (Monday). They are transparent with pricing, and - while I don't have extensive experience with plumbers - I believe their pricing is fair. Our garbage disposal broke suddenly in a fairly uncharacteristic way. These guys were extremely responsive and easy to work with - they had us text a picture so they could review the problem ASAP, then guided us where to find a replacement part at the cheapest cost to us (as opposed to trying to sell us a marked up part like most would). Additionally, it was easy to schedule an appointment for the next morning and they showed up on time. They were courteous, professional and did a great job. Would strongly recommend and will certainly use for future plumbing needs.

I called Drain-EEZ (after hours) to schedule an appointment for a loud whistle I was hearing my shower.

He suggested I check the diverter valve but in the meantime we setup an appointment for a few days later.
Sure enough, he was absolutely right and I was able to fix the issue myself.

For immediate and efficient service, give Drain-EEZ a call! We fell victim of a very clogged shower drain and after multiple attempts of DIY unclogging, it was definitely time to call the plumber. After quick research on the internet of a local plumber, Drain-EEZ came out on top and lived up to its awesome reviews. Thinking the service would take quite some time, we were wrong. Drain-EEZ worked efficiently and were professional, friendly, and helpful by providing tips of how to prevent future clogs (especially for those with long hair). Our shower and sinks are unclogged and drain quickly! Nice work!

We used Drain-EEZ to install a sink and garbage disposal and hook up all the coordinating plumbing during a kitchen remodel.

On the day of service, Lou showed up at our house. The headline here is - he is fantastic. He simplified our plumbing, actually ran out to Home Depot to get a missing part, came back and quickly installed everything. In addition, he took the time to educate me on how to fix the garbage disposal if it ever jammed and gave me a wrench/key doo-hicky to fix it myself. He also patiently answered a few other random plumbing questions I had (note, they had nothing to do with the kitchen). I felt like I had a trusted partner in plumbing in Lou. He was knowledgeable, patient and just seemed like a great guy.

Next year, we're planning to install another bathroom and Drain-EEZ / Lou will be the first people we call. Would highly, highly recommend!

When my garbage disposal died, I looked on Yelp to choose a plumber to install it. It seemed like all of the 5 star ratings were too good to be true but this truly is a 5 star company. Lou came out today to install the new disposal. He was punctual (as a side note, I like how they give only a 2 hour time window instead of 3 or 4 hours ), efficient, professional, friendly and very thorough. He took extra time to check for leaks and potential leaks. I especially liked how he took the time to explain how a disposal works and what to do if anything were to get stuck. He also educated me on the importance of filtering tap water. It shows that he truly cares about his customers.
