There are a lot of dishonest plumbers out there--I know because they've worked on my house. Pat and Drain-EEZ are the opposite. Super honest, experienced and knowledgeable! Pat and his assistant repaired two leaking toilets and actually turned down work on a kitchen sink (Pat said work wasn't needed now and I shouldn't waste the money!). I will definitely call them again when I have another plumbing job.

Pat is responsive, honest, and reliable. I had an issue with my toilet. He diagnosed it over the phone and sent me parts to buy. Unfortunately, my uncle didn't replace everything correctly. Then Pat came out to do the job right. And his pricing was reasonable. His contact is now saved in my phone for future jobs.

I honestly was debating writing this review, but here it is- I had a frozen hose pipe that needed replacing- as a new homeowner I had very little experience with this, and based off the great reviews on here I took the chance on Drain-EEZ. Pat arrived with an assistant and quoted me 800 dollars for the job- and made me believe this was a complicated job. The part was maybe 150 dollars tops, and it took him about 20 minutes to install it. I understand experience and running a business is expensive- but 650 dollars for 30 minutes of work (including the time it took for him to charge my credit card) is very unfair. He was also extremely rude to his assistant to the point it made me uncomfortable. The only reason I'm not rating this one star is because I will take some fault for personally not doing more research. I won't make this mistake again.

I contacted these folks via Yelp when my disposal stopped working one evening. Pat promptly replied, writing that I live outside of their service area but offering to help me by phone the following morning. The bottom line is that it was an easy fix, saving me a service call from another company and maybe significant replacement costs from a less scrupulous business. Pat even followed up with a later phone call to provide additional tips! He's a great guy. I may move to a home within his service area

Called to schedule a service for my garbage disposal but over the phone Pat was able to help me and save me the trouble of a service charge. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future if I ever have more serious problems.

Drain-Eez did an amazing job AND saved us money! We got several quotes to replace aging sump and ejector pumps in my condo building. We were also quoted for getting a back up battery for the sump pump which cost thousands. Thank goodness we had Pat evaluate our situation because a back up system would not have been beneficial for us anyway! Pat is down-to-earth, educational, professional, fair and honest. It's so refreshing to speak with a specialist who will give you ALL the information you need to make an informed decision. We will be calling Pat for all our plumbing needs. Great guy and a great plumber! Highly recommend!

Pat is amazing. I've actually never met Pat, but he was able to help me diagnose my water line issue remotely and suggested various plumbers closer to me who would be able to handle the work.

I reached out to Drain-EEZ on a Sunday afternoon for a garbage disposal air switch. Not only did they respond right away, but Pat walked me through the fix on my own and didn't charge me to come out or troubleshoot over the phone. I am so happy with the service that I'll definitely use them in the future!
