Pat is great!! Responsive, friendly, honest company. We were on vacation and a friend was staying at our house. Water starter presenting itself in the basement in a bathroom and utility room. We needed a new injector pump. Pat came out and replaced it.

They did a good job installing, but did a poor job recommending a toliet. There recommended toilet is very tall and now I can't touch the ground when I go to the bathroom. We'll end getting a new toilet so my back doesn't hurt everyone I go. It's my fault I didn't realize the recommended toilet was too tall but wish they didn't recommend a non standard toilet. They also wouldn't offer a discount when we called and asked if they would reinstall a new one.

Drain-EEZ didn't perform the service I needed, so I ended up not utilizing them. However, I'm giving 5 stars to the 30 min conversation Pat's wife had with me about my situation and options. I'd already been ripped off by another plumber and she was kind enough to share her thoughts and experiences. She even offered to call back with a referral for someone who would do the job properly and ethically. I've called dozens of plumbers, but none were willing to explain different terms and approaches to me with patience, let alone someone who was for sure not getting the job. Great customer service!

My hot water kept dripping in my bathtub, called a couple of places and was told $800 on up to repair, got hold of Pat and he came over started the work, only fixed the hot water faucet, since the cold water was not leaking. Cost me a quarter of what the other guys wanted and was done in no time. Drain-EEZ is on my contact list, will call, if needed.

Pat was a life saver. My anti frost pipe failed during our brutally cold winter and after trying to fix it, realized it needed to be replaced. Called these guys and Pat came right out to address it. Rather than digging into the wall costing me $$$ he was able to make a small hole to install a vent to allow warm air from interior to enter then install a cap for the pipe on the interior. Saved me thousands for a spigot we never use. Fantastic!
