I had called ARS for a routine repair. They came out twice and couldn't fix it then gave me an estimate 3 times as high and then suggested replacing the whole main drain for $7000-9000 dollars to save me the $650 dollars on a temporary fix they could not guarantee.

I knew that the pipe was fine and decided to go somewhere else. Dustin came out and fixed the problem for $140 dollars!! He was on time, professional, helpful, and super nice. He said my pipe was fine and it did not need to be replaced and guaranteed his work. Drain Doctors are a good and honest company with qualified professionals who won't try to up sale you some thing you don't need.

I manage the maintenance for 170 rental units in Nashville. We used this company to unclog a drain. On the first attempt, they failed to clear the drain. They came back a second time, but this time, the employee broke through the pipe. He was flowing water through while snaking, causing the broken drain to leak through the ceiling. Once he realized his mistake, he packed up and left, appearing to be in a rush. The tenants upstairs and downstairs all said he appeared to be excessively rough on the pipe. Here is the catch, they still charged us even after still failing to clear the drain on the second attempt, leaving us with a broken pipe, clogged drain, and ceiling damage. They denied everything that the employee said to the tenants, refused to repair any damage, and refused to refund the money for failure to complete the job we were being charged for. I ended up personally fixing the pipe, clearing the drain, and fixing the ceiling damage. If you need a drain cleared, I would recommend reading all of the negative comments. There is a very clear trend (unprofessional, didn't finish the job but still charged, won't guarantee work). Proceed with caution! My recommendation is to find another company.

Drain Doctor came over to address a clogged sink. After they poured Dish Soap in my toilet, they tried to open my sink pee-trap and cracked a PVC valve, left and called me afterward to let me know he cracked an ""old cast iron pipe"" and they would not fix it and ""weren't responsible"".

Called the main office to let them know they broke the valve and just left. The owner, Mrs Shirley reiterated they were ""not responsible"" for ""Old-Ass Plumbing"" and that 100 year old houses with outdated pipes were gonna break and I should have known that. The employee NEVER told me that was the case.

Lee company came/addressed it. Found out it was a PVC pipe/valve they cracked! Took pictures for me to prove that it was not old pipes and DD had cracked a newer one. Lee fixed in within a few hours.

Just got off the phone with Mrs' Shirley and said they would not pay for anything they broke and I can take them to court if I want.

My kitchen sink drain was hopelessly clogged. I called Drain Doctor and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Someone was to come between 10am-Noon. Wayne called me at 10am to say he was on his way. He worked from 10:15am to 11am, fixed the drain and replaced the P-trap all for a very reasonable price! He was fast, friendly and cleaned up after!

My kitchen sink got clogged on thanksgiving evening. My regular plumber was out of town but he recommended Drain Doctor. I called them Friday morning, and they were able to come between 12-2. They arrived at 1pm. Dustin figured out the issue and got it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely use these guys again.

When something goes wrong in your house, you dread the whole experience. When can you get it fixed? How much is it going to cost you? Drain Doctor puts all those worries to rest and has excellent customer service to go with it. Response time is awesome, price is much more affordable than other places, work is done well the first time, and the staff is personable and professional. Can't say enough good things!

Every drain in my 63 old house would not drain. I knew the main line was clogged somewhere beyond what I could do. I called Drain Doctor at 9:30 AM and they arrived by 11:00 and the problem was solved in about 30 minutes. You can't ask for much better service than that. I would use them again without hesitation.

After calling our warranty service, and having 2 of their plumbers fail, I called Drain Doctor. He cleaned the drain in 10 minutes. However, problem reoccurred next day. I called them back. They promptly sent the tech back out. He approached the problem from another location and fixed it. No additional charges. I felt like I had gotten 2 services for 1 price. Very professional and courteous. I hope not to need help again but if I do I'll call this company.

These guys were awesome. My regular plumber was out of town and I had a bad leak I needed diagnosed In a hurry. Drain Doctor delivered! The floor boards beneath my bathroom were dripping through the basement ceiling and I couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. Bathtub? Sink? Toilet? After my initial call, Drain Doctor was at my house in less than an hour. Gary was great to work with and did solid work. I will definitely be calling them again! Thank you Gary & Drain Doctor!
