When something goes wrong in your house, you dread the whole experience. When can you get it fixed? How much is it going to cost you? Drain Doctor puts all those worries to rest and has excellent customer service to go with it. Response time is awesome, price is much more affordable than other places, work is done well the first time, and the staff is personable and professional. Can't say enough good things!

Every drain in my 63 old house would not drain. I knew the main line was clogged somewhere beyond what I could do. I called Drain Doctor at 9:30 AM and they arrived by 11:00 and the problem was solved in about 30 minutes. You can't ask for much better service than that. I would use them again without hesitation.

After calling our warranty service, and having 2 of their plumbers fail, I called Drain Doctor. He cleaned the drain in 10 minutes. However, problem reoccurred next day. I called them back. They promptly sent the tech back out. He approached the problem from another location and fixed it. No additional charges. I felt like I had gotten 2 services for 1 price. Very professional and courteous. I hope not to need help again but if I do I'll call this company.

These guys were awesome. My regular plumber was out of town and I had a bad leak I needed diagnosed In a hurry. Drain Doctor delivered! The floor boards beneath my bathroom were dripping through the basement ceiling and I couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. Bathtub? Sink? Toilet? After my initial call, Drain Doctor was at my house in less than an hour. Gary was great to work with and did solid work. I will definitely be calling them again! Thank you Gary & Drain Doctor!

We called first thing this morning. They said they would be here between 2-4:00 pm. Received a call they were on the way and arrived in 15 minutes as promised. Wayne & Gary were very polite, went right to work, cleared out the line and cleaned everything up. All in about 25 minutes!! Also gave us information for keeping our drains clear. Price was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know

These guys came out to my house about 5 years ago and the service was absolutely amazing. I called them again to come out today, the day after Christmas. I called them this morning around 11:30 and they came out an hour later. Same amazing service, Tim was such a gentleman. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!!!

These guys are awesome! Super fast response, with no extra charge. Dustin came out and fixed my problem in 20 minutes. He cleaned up the sink after he finished clearing the drain of the obstruction. He was neatly dressed, clean and very professional. Flat charge of $105 for two hours. Worth every penny. Book these guys, you will not be disappointed.
