After another company called me to rescheduled to kext week. I found this flyer in my mail. Called them and they came same day. Even called to tell me technician was running late. Which he got here between the 2 hour window that was giving to me originally. Joseph Castro went over what he was planning to do and even the new membership benefits which I went with. Found calcium build ups in pipes. Quoted me price to clean pipes and was able to do same day. Went forward with cleaning and overall very pleased with both technicians. If any future issues with home. Will definitely be asking for Joseph

We had a clogged kitchen sink and we were in a time crunch with the holidays. I contacted Joe Castro - The Drain Doctor as he was highly recommended by others that I know. He responded immediately and was able to send Joseph out to help us in less than an hour. Joseph was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, explained my options with a reasonable price quote, and fixed our blocked line. He even washed the gunky looking sink out when he got the clog cleared.

Had a clogged main drain and I contacted Drain Doctor. The two technicians, Joseph and Jose, arrived on schedule. The were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They evaluated the problem and provided several cleaning options. when the option I selected required equipment they didn't have they contacted their office and the equipment arrived within 30 minutes with another technician. The three technicians worked well as a team and accomplished the task soon after they also made recommendations for a permanent solution in the future. I would use their services again and recommend them to others.

Can't say enough good things about Joe and his helper, Isaiah. Joe came to give me the estimate and said he could do the work the next day. Four sink drains, including the corroded kitchen drain and replacing a crack toilet. These have given me fits for years (don't judge). Joe was kind and courteous. They arrived on time and were in and out of my house in about four hours. Everything was cleaned up and left better than they found it. Don't hesitate to call them. Yes, the price was a tad bit more than I had hoped but having someone come in and get it done and done quickly made up for that. Oh, and the lady who works the phones is a pleasure too! Very patient and kind.

This is the second time I have used Joe. He is polite calls when he says, shows up on time, which is worth so much. He also solves the problem. I do, however, find his prices a bit on the high side, both times I have used him. All being equal, I would recommend him. I personally do not like waiting for people who say they will be on time, so appreciate his punctuality. He is organized and efficient.

On Friday night we opened the cupboard door under our sink to a flood of water full of ground up food. I called The Drain Doctor and they returned my call within 10 minutes. They made an appointment to come on Saturday and called to see if they could come early.

They were incredibly thorough and gave us some options to not only fix the current problem but to help us avoid future problems. They cleaned up the horrible mess under the sink, and fixed the problem including snaking the drain. They were professional and courteous. I believe they fixed problems created somewhat by previous plumbers who had taken shortcuts with our pipes. I would definitely use The Drain Doctor again.
