I had a foul sewage odor penetrating my master bedroom. Joe, the service technician, was fabulous. He diagnosed the source of the odor by doing a smoke test, and after determining the source, repaired the pipe leak and eliminated the odor.

I was on a budget and Joe was able to work with me on a price suitable for both of us.

I appreciated Joe's ability to get the job done, and the honesty in the customer service he provided.

I just had Drain Doctor repair a toilet that kept running, out in a new toilet shut off valve, and had them install a water pressure regulator. They arrived on time,worked efficiently, and the service was not only excellent but informational as well. I have had them do plumbing work previously and will hire them again when needed. I would gladly recommend them for your plumbing needs or emergencies without hesitation.
