We just bought a house in the San Gabriel Valley this summer. We've been having trouble keeping water to stay hot. We were having tankless water heater issues. Our home warranty wasn't able to really do anything.

I called Joe with the Drain Doctor to see if he could help.
He scheduled appointment for a few days later and showed up on time looking professional with his son. He also sent and ETA to his arrival time. He assessed the situation, did some type of test and gave me a few options.

He wasn't trying to sell me a brand new water heater only, he was willing to help me buy time and save a little money being that we just moved in and needed to get caught up on finance. He had to special order the part,He switched out a few valves of some sort and it was a lot better than before. It's not perfect, but it's much better than before. Joe was honest, upfront, and very helpful. They both respected our home, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.
