I founded Drain Doctor Plumbers Inc. in 2003. I recognized what customers desired and cut large plumbing company prices by $50.00. I pioneered the practice of posting pricing on the web and giving phone quotes in the state.
I signed a contract with a new construction plumbing company in North Seminole County in 2015 to be their Service Division. I soon realized the owner was not committed to upholding the contract. He aimed to use the Drain Doctor name to attract my customers and reclaim those lost to unfair pricing.
I gave him three years to fulfill his commitments. WELL, I AM BACK. At present, Drain Doctor Plumbing and Drain is the only plumbing service in Central Florida willing to show pricing on its site.
My journey in plumbing started when I joined a major plumbing company in Orlando, Florida in 1987. After four years, I emerged as the top revenue earner for Residential/Drain Cleaning and kept that title for the following ten years. I advanced to Team Leader, Technician Trainer, and became the go-to Troubleshooter for tough drain cleaning tasks that others would give up on.
Throughout my 16 years, I was honored as Team Member of the Month several times a year and received numerous yearly accolades. I attended Seminole Community College's Apprentice Plumbing Program, successfully passed the state test, and earned my Journeyman Plumbing license in 1992. I stood out as one of only three licensed plumbers out of 35 technicians at the major plumbing company.
Upon passing the two-day State Contractor Test on my first attempt, I launched Drain Doctor Plumbers Inc. in 2003.

This was at 5:00 in the evening. A friend recommended Tom. He came over, pulled the faucet cartridge and replaced it. Real nice guy, very quiet.

Saundra W.Drain Doctor was selected by warranty company. Tech explained need for new toilet and would not be covered. However he could replace it .Said they do not make that toilet (American Standard) any more. I thought my replacement would be a different """"model"""" NOT a $145 toilet from Glacier Bay. Poor quality, plastic lid and seat. BTW our total bill was $600.
