In 2003, I established Drain Doctor Plumbers Inc.. Understanding customer needs, I reduced the prices of large plumbing companies by $50.00. I was the first plumbing business in the state to display pricing online and provide quotes over the phone.
In 2015, I entered into a contract with a new construction plumbing firm in North Seminole County to serve as their Service Division. I soon realized the owner was not committed to upholding the contract. His goal was to leverage the Drain Doctor name to draw in my clients and regain those he lost to price hikes.
I waited three years to see if he would keep his promises. WELL, I AM BACK. Today, Drain Doctor Plumbing and Drain is still the sole plumbing company in Central Florida courageous enough to publish prices online.
I entered the plumbing industry by working for a large plumbing company in Orlando, Florida in 1987. In just four years, I was the leading revenue producer for Residential/Drain Cleaning and held that title for ten years. I advanced to Team Leader, Technician Trainer, and became the go-to Troubleshooter for tough drain cleaning tasks that others would give up on.
I received Team Member of the Month multiple times each year and earned several annual awards during my 16 years of service. I completed the Apprentice Plumbing Program at Seminole Community College, passed the state exam, and obtained my Journeyman Plumbing license in 1992. Out of 35 technicians at the large plumbing firm, I was one of just three licensed plumbers.
Upon passing the two-day State Contractor Test on my first attempt, I launched Drain Doctor Plumbers Inc. in 2003.

This was at 5:00 in the evening. A friend recommended Tom. He came over, pulled the faucet cartridge and replaced it. Real nice guy, very quiet.

Saundra W.Drain Doctor was selected by warranty company. Tech explained need for new toilet and would not be covered. However he could replace it .Said they do not make that toilet (American Standard) any more. I thought my replacement would be a different """"model"""" NOT a $145 toilet from Glacier Bay. Poor quality, plastic lid and seat. BTW our total bill was $600.

The price was very reasonable and beat any other quote i had. On the day of, he showed up and immediately fixed my partially clogged toilet.
