Stephen H. and Ryan K. came to my rescue on a stormy night the day before Christmas Eve. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very tidy. So I called a plumber. He couldn't get the job done. But he very nicely recommended me to the Drain Doctor. When the D.D. Came they fixed the issue. They even said we will guarantee the job for 90 days. Ironically I noticed it still wasn't perfect. They came back and adjusted the drain. Then about a week later, I called again. I said the drain is perfect. But the pipes aren't sealed perfect. They came right over and put on a proper sealer. ZERO CHARGE! The total the Drain Doctor charged was $170. My plumber charged me $175 and he didn't get the job done. But he told me about the Drain Doctor!

Totally got me out of a sunday jam. Jimmy came by the house and had a great sense of urgency. When tentants can use their water it can be a big problem. Jimmy got right on the probelm and had it fixed for a good price and great timing. Thanks drain doctor,(Jimmy)

I got referred to the Drain Doctor by Big Blue Plumbing in Somerville as my basement sink was not draining. He blew the drain out with an air pressure gun and it works good as new!! No complaints!!

Had a draining problem in the basement so the washer wouldn't spin all the water out. Called Drain Dr. Rob showed up in about 30 mins and took care of everything in about 30-45 mins!

My 89-yr. mother got a senior discount. :-) She told me it was a lot less expensive than a plumber or Roto Rooter. As others have mentioned, she received a 90-day warranty on the job.

I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone having drain issues.

Total mess made in basement when the Drain Doctor plumber cleared the clog in the kitchen sink. If Ryan shows up at your house, be prepared to clean up after him.

My sewer main backed up first thing in the morning. I called Drain Doctor at 7:55am and the van pulled up to my house at 8:15am. I know their website advertises fast service but that was pretty amazing!

The issue with the main was at the trap, which wasn't immediately visible from the basement. Efran had to call for backup, but Bill showed up quickly and they were able to dig to uncover the trap and cleared the blockage shortly afterwards. The cost was in no way unreasonable for the amount of work and the time it took.

Drain Doctor was fast, professional, and friendly. I would (and have) recommended them to friends. I'm happy that I have someone to call for emergencies like this.

Live in Burlington and had a first time problem with water backing up in the shower and toilet. First contact was over the phone and the woman I spoke to was polite and professional. She said she would send someone over within an hour or so. And to my surprise, Joe was at my door within the hour.
He was friendly and got right to work and answered all of my questions. He had to run 100 feet and the problem was resolved. Paid $225 with a 90 day guarantee. Worth it when you are standing in water on your bathroom floor. Thanks Joe and Drain Doctor.

Joe from Drain Doctor came out to fix my pipes. He did a great job, he got past the first blockage at 22 feet and clear the pipes, but then went another thirty feet and cleared another two sections of roots in the pipes. Then he checked another line outside out out to 70 feet. Nice to see people take pride in their work!
