Joe from Drain Doctor came out to fix my pipes. He did a great job, he got past the first blockage at 22 feet and clear the pipes, but then went another thirty feet and cleared another two sections of roots in the pipes. Then he checked another line outside out out to 70 feet. Nice to see people take pride in their work!

Absolutely the very best...i had a toilet that kept backing up. I had 3 different plumber's come out from various places and I had a drain person come out from drains unlimited.i was told by all of them that I was throwing things in the toilet that I shouldn't be. I thought that I was never going to get it resolved. I finally called Drain Dr and they came right out. Bob McDermott diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes. And fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I'm forever grateful... Thank you!

Had a back up at my parents home on a Saturday--called Drain Doctor and they were there within a couple of hours-- they were efficient and professional. Butch was great as he diagnosed what the problem was and took care of the problem quickly! It is nice to be able to find a reliable DRAIN DOCTOR!!

Sewer was clogged on Sunday. I called DD and someone answered, told me they'd have someone call me. Someone called within 45 minutes. The technician was excellent. His name was Efran (sp?). Nice guy, took care of clog quickly, even helped up with cleaning. Couldn't be happier with how it went. Reasonably priced (75$ extra for Sunday- FYI).

A million thanks to Drain Doctor for their quick response to a sewer pipe clog which resulted in a yucky mess all over our bathroom floor. They made a difficult situation much easier-- I called in the morning and they were able to schedule me the same afternoon. They gave me a specific arrival time and told me not to use any water until they could fix the problem. (I guess some people would have known this, but I didn't, and I appreciate that they told me). Matt was our guy, and he fixed the clog (roots in the pipe), was courteous, quick, and did a great job. All at a reasonable price. Thank you Drain Doctor.

I have to post again on their behalf. Maybe there are a host of bad employees and I'm just getting the good guys - but I had another great experience.

It was close to Christmas and a very bad smell had invaded our downstairs den. The plumber couldn't find the problem, but suggested that it may be caused by a blocked pipe somewhere.

Called Drain Doctor and again - they arrived within two hours. The man spent about half an hour before correctly diagnosing the problem. We have a shower we never use and therefore there was no water in the U-pipe below the shower to block sewer gasses that were backing up into the den.

A few cups of water later the smell was gone. The guy they sent was super polite and accurately diagnosed the problem.

They came by this morning to check out a clog in my utility sink. I had mentioned I was getting a quote to have it replaced. He was honest with me and said that he could snake the drain but recommended I save my money and put it towards replacing the sink. I appreciated his honesty, and he didn't charge me anything for coming out to take a look.

Our main sewage drain got clogged and water was building up in our basement. Less than an hour after calling (day before Thanksgiving) they were here, did an extremely competent, thoughtful job for what felt like a reasonable price. Perfect.

A local couple were cycling through Wilmington when a Drain Doctor van pulled up along side them and, with no provocation, a woman opened the van window and screamed at them.

Nobody should patronize a business run by people like this. There are many fine and courteous plumbers out there; this is not one of them.
