Best plumbing experience in a lifetime. Less than 20 mts to receive a reply and in 2 hours Kim started yard drainage job that turned out to be more complex than I expected. 9 ft of roots bound up 3 inch drainage pipe. Fortunately Kim, the high tech plumber, had all the equipment (hydro jet, drain snake/cutter, rigid drain camera, etc) on his van and even with trenching and replacing some of the pipe, entire backyard drainage lines were flushed and everything put back in place, including clean-up so it did not appear any work was done. Best yard drainage in 15+ years, what a relief. Highly recommend.

Excellent work! Very timely, professional and affordable. Kim did some drain work for me last week. I called him again this week, as the problem was persisting.
Kim promptly returned and checked the the crawl space and found rotten drain lines. He explained everything to me and showed me pictures.
