Mr. Kim is the best I've used! Last night I had a last minute clog and he arrived early and gave me a great estimate for the job on my rental property! I would highly recommend Mr. Kim for any draining needs. I definitely will be using him again! Such a life saver and his price was very reasonable! Thank you Mr. Kim!!!

I had a clogged sink in kitchen. Requested quote from Drain Control and a few other plumbing services (mentioning I needed snake from the roof since that was I always did and the only thing worked in the past). Kim was the only one who replied with exact cost and solution. All other services just push me to schedule with them without giving any useful information.

In a few hours Kim was already standing at my front door. It took him 30 minutes to hydro jet + power snake from the roof to get the work done. It turned out there was a lot of grease in the pipeline (we never let food garbage in the drain). I believe the hydro jet really helped with the grease.

Another nice thing from Kim is that you get 1 year warranty which I never got from other services.

I would definitely use Drain Control next time and highly recommend Kim and his service!

Our French Drain got backed up badly with soil and roots. Kim and a guy showed up next day I called, worked in careful manner to fix thoroughly in reasonable time. Kim also gave me some tips to prevent such issues happening again. Great work. Highly recommended.

this a private business guy who used to work for a company then ventured on his own.

our kitchen sink was clogging up and we did everything im our filipino plumbing power to get the drains working again. we snaked inside, snaked outside, snaked from the roof pipe ...everything ...and still sink backing up (well actually my unc did most the work ..cause i was at work myself-but he kept updating me). i even took the Ptrap apart and replaced parts, etc ...nothing?!
so i looked on yelp. oddly, nobody could come thru on short notice. mind u i was calling from work in san francisco. anyways, i call this guy and he says he can come out to my house. i called my family and told em i had a plumber coming over.

long story short ...the pipe needed to be hydro flushed. (thats when the plumber uses a special machine that blows high pressure water through the pipe blockage because whatever is in there is hard as a rock...in our case, all that built up lumpia grease and old rice and who know what else) and i kmow what ur thinkinkg and im gonna say... u dont know what the problem is at the time and after u tried everything, usually the plumber has the proper machine anyway because YOU DO NOT OWN IT, so bite the bullet, call this guy and pay the 300 bucks to move forward so your mom can use the sink again

Drain Control is the go to company if you need your home sewer cleaned. Kim is the owner and does the work himself. He was prompt, explained what he was going to do, and completed the work and left the work place clean.
They may not be the cheapest, but I think it is fair and worth to pay a bit more to get great service!

Kim responded promptly and arrived on time. He took care of a tricky clog in a drain line but he went beyond the immediate job description. Kim also noticed that the P-trap needed to be replaced and took care of that too. Quality work.

I called Kim last Wednesday for my work, we had a drain that was plugged. He was out at the shop within 30 minutes and listed two options which I agreed to and he got down to work. Within 40 minutes he had the drain snaked out and water flowing. He explained the problem and that it would need a contractor to do some re-plumbing which made complete sense. Great work, great job and great people! Highly recommended.

Called for a blockage problem at 6pm. Arrived by 7:00 and diagnosed the problem. Well equipped truck with latest and greatest machine/tools. In this case, Kim used a water power hose hooked to the truck to blast out the blockage. Used his high tech camera to diagnose. Cleaned any mess that was left. Couldn't ask for any more and highly recommend.

Kim really knows what he's doing and has high end equipment to get the job done! He cleared out blockage for our 130 foot main sewer line using his Hydro Jet with the Warthog Nozzle. He also had a tech camera so that he could see exactly what was going on in the sewer line. He does great work! I highly recommend Kim at Drain Control.
