They were very responsive, on time (actually showed up when they said they would) and fixed the problem. Our toilet had to be reset and they did it in like 15 minutes. The sewer smell went away almost immediately. Highly recommended.

What wonderful service for a non-emergent job. The floor and plumbing for bathroom needed some adjustment for a replacement shower and sink. Josh was fantastic, even though the job was a bit more difficult than expected, he stuck to it and the results are great. Regina kept me informed, schedule wise. The job bid was in the same ballpark as others, but they seemed much more responsive and were able to start the project in a very timely manner. Josh and Miles came out immediately for a sewer line problem and they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The cost seemed very reasonable too. Discovered a leak on the intake pipe outside our home this morning. Did a yelp search for quality plumbers and found Drain Busters. Called immediately and someone was out here within 30 minutes. We watched the repair which was quick, efficient and thorough. Miles, owner, and Josh, lead technician, were professional and worked quickly. They installed a badly needed new regulator, new pipe and new shut off valve. It's evident these people know what they are doing. Professional, fast, and on time. We had an emergency fix over the memorial weekend and the service was fantastic. They fixed the water heater and helped fix the pilot light switch which they did not have to do. Price was reasonable even for holiday rates. We will use them again if we ever need more work.

We called Drain Buster's Plumbing this morning to address an outdated disposer, pipes, rusted water valves, and replace a leaky faucet. Miles and his son set a time to show up to assess the situation and with approval fix and replace problem issues. I had read reviews for all companies. The most glowing of the reviews were for Drain Buster's. They arrived during the scheduled time . We were quoted a very reasonable price and chose to go ahead with repairs. They exceeded our expectations in affordability, quality of work, cleanliness, and professionalism. I was pleased to see such an outstanding company right here in Los Osos. I cannot adequately express how grateful I am to Miles and Regina. My elderly mother's main drain backed up into the house Saturday afternoon (ewwww). I got a call on from her friend telling me that she had called her plumber. Turns out he couldn't clear the drain nor could his friend that he called, and so they suggested that I call Drain Buster's Plumbing. Since it was late in the day, Drain Busters said they would be out in the morning. I explained to Regina that my mom doesn't drive and that we live 150 miles away, and that, of course, she could not stay there with the drains clogged. We made a date for the next morning and Regina gave me a name of another company that might be able to go out to mom's house that night. As I waiting for the other company to answer the phone, my phone registered another call coming in and when I saw it was Drain Busters I hung up on the other call and was beyond happy when Regina informed me that Miles said that he would go out to mom's right away. He went out, cleared the drain, and wet-vaced up the mess. Thank you, thank you, thank you Drain Busters! You guys went above and beyond to help my mother and I am so grateful.

YES, call Drain Buster's!!! Miles provided a quick response, expertise, efficient work and pleasant demeanor. He came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon to promptly fix my busted water main. I thought we were going to be without running water for a couple of days, but instead he got it fixed and flowing within a couple of hours! His fees are also very reasonable. RECOMMENDED!
