I called Drain Busters for a job. The employee gave a vague, hasty estimate and directed me to tear a hole in my drywall in order to get a better idea of the pipes. He waited two weeks to return my calls, and I had to fix the drywall. The plumber I hired said tearing a hole in the drywall was unnecessary, and had the job done in a week.

Los Osos sewer project update. Miles continues to exceed our expectations! This sewer conversion has been a lingering cloud of doom for a couple of years now, with little to no information to the public. After receiving several cold call solicitations from out of town ""contractors"" and calling the county building department many times trying to get answers, I called Drain Busters for the truth. Miles definitely inspired confidence, showing up with the right equipment to survey my property, and having a "" we got this!"" attitude. Everything went to plan and to estimate. He and his crew used caution and care while digging even alowing us the oppurtunity to add some new irrigation lines and removing and hauling some very large concrete blocks found underground. Thank you Drain Busters for your excellent work, and for making a complicated process an easy one!

Drain Buster is whom you should call when you want things done right, especially if you have a very old house where most things were out of place or poorly done. I had some company from Paso (who got good reviews here on Yelp) to run the gas line for my new kitchen. They did a lousy and ugly work (the gas cap exposed and gas line was crawling on the floor under the counter top). Miles and his team came, corrected and perfected the job (all the lines were hidden). Then I had a gas smell going on and off for weeks. I called the gas company who sent their inspector, who spent over an hour and could not locate the source of the problem (saying it might be very small a leak and i may just have to ""live with it""). I called a heating/AC company who claimed they had fixed it but the problem remained. I called Drain Buster, they identified the source and went to work. Within 30 minutes, the problem was fixed.

These guys are awesome, friendly, professional and prompt. I have hired them twice now... Once to install a new sink faucet and garbage disposal, which all needed new hookup valves because it's an older home, and then again for a new dishwasher that did not have previous hookups. They were so quick and inexpensive and I haven't had any problems since the install... Everything runs smooth! Great company!

I was house sitting in the area and one of the toilets started leaking on a Friday. I called these guys and they were friendly, and helpful. I told them it was not an emergency and Monday would be fine. They called back a couple of hours later and said they would be over in a few minutes. They diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to fix it. A half hour later and good as new. I wish all device persons were this easy and nice to deal with. There's guys are great! Worst plumber ever! Total RIP OFF! Used camera when not needed and then charged extra $200. BE AFRAID - you will get a bill that is 3xs what it should be. Slow, inexperienced. Cost over $400 for a clogged toilet - when all it needed was to be snaked. I would never use again.

I run a fitness center in Morro Bay and from time to time have an urgent need for a reliable plumber. The first reason I'm giving Miles 5-stars is because the phone was answered when I called. Regina (who answered the phone) said she'd have Miles drop by our business in short order. The second reason I'm giving Drain Buster's 5-stars is because the plumber arrived when I expected him to. The third reason is that he fixed our problem quickly, neatly, professionally and at a fair price.
The following week we found a gas leak and discovered plumbers do that work as well. So we called Miles again, and again the phone was answered and Miles got us a bid within 24 hours, well before any other plumbers. Both Miles and Regina communicate well, follow through with what they say, and deliver reliable, speedy, and quality work. This is a business I'm sure I'll be calling in the future.
