This company is fantastic!!!.When they installed the lateral for our sewer, there was much vegetation they had to do through along with landscaping issues. When they were finished, you could not tell that the ground had been disturbed. About a week after the lateral was put in, our water heater went on the blink. They were here within an hour, new water heater, all hook-ups and even the security straps installed correctly (I had installed the last water heater and did not know what I was doing when I installed the earthquake straps) . Everyone from this company are gentlemen and were very good a explaining what needed to be done alone the way with the lateral and also, surprise for us, a grinder pump! It was needed, there was nothing they did wrong, the county's contractor for putting in the sewer line was mistaken when they told us we would not need a grinder pump! I think what impressed me the most, the owner of the company was right out there working with his men, not just overseeing the project.
Call this company for all you plumbing needs, they are great.

When a water heater goes, it's a total mess, but Drainbusters made it much easier. I called them at 8am, and by 8:45 the new one was in. They were prompt, skilled, and efficient. From the office manager to the plumbers, they're there when you need them!

I engaged Drain Busters to conduct a sewer scope due to the age of our lateral. They responded promptly and put together a thorough estimate to replace our old orangeburg line. Regina was great to work with for scheduling. They were in and out and left the property just the way they found it, only with a brand new lateral and video of a clean line. Had to engage them for two small repairs on other occasions, and again, were swift to respond. Great people and great service!

I called drain busters when there was a clog in one of my pipes that caused a ton of water to gush out behind the washing machine. Joe came within the hour and had it fixed very quickly. He also put it a new drain for me even though that was not a part of the clog and leak. Super easy, super professional, will definitely call again when needed.

I had a great experience with Drain Busters. We had a clog in our utility sink. They came out the same day I called and cleared up the clog. It turns out that they just pushed the clog further down the line and completely stopped the kitchen sink, but I gave them a call the next day and they came out and finished the job at no additional charge. Will definitely use Drain Busters again.
