Sorry but I did call and make an appointment for the shower handle.. They said they were ordering the part and that in a couple of days they would have the part and fix, they never showed up or called and my landlord took over and got it fixed cheap.. now there is no cold water option the water is always hot, thanks a lot for coming thmrough!!!

I've had two very good experiences with Drain Busters who have twice come to my house for drain blockages. Both times they were fast, efficient, cordial, and successful. I cannot comment on prices for bigger jobs as I am a renter and the invoices were paid by my landlord. I definitely recommend them if you live in Los Osos/Morro Bay.

My only complaint is that, in the midst of the coronavirus lockdown and heightened fears in the community of contagion, the lead plumber for my latest job only wore a mask part of the time as he exited and entered our home and did not consistently wear gloves -- though his assistant did the whole time. We had to disinfect all doorknobs, etc. after they finished the job. I also twice had to request that the lead plumber wear a mask before he entered our home for the latest job: for the assessment and the actual work order (two separate visits). He arrived not wearing his mask (though on his neck) or gloves. He put both on later, but took them off again as he entered and exited the house. I would have assumed such a business would require their workers to be fastidious about mask and glove wearing given the unprecedented necessity of such protection given circumstances and their constant contact with people in their homes -- for their protection as essential workers, and their clients'.

The handles on one of our HansGrohe bathroom faucets were extremely tight and hard to turn. I got new valves from the manufacturer, and then the D.B. crew came to my house. They attempted to remove the handles but they were frozen on. So I ordered new handles, and the crew then cut off the old ones and replaced valves and handles. They work fine now and hopefully will continue to do so. I will certainly call Drain Buster's again if we have another plumbing issue.

They were very responsive, on time (actually showed up when they said they would) and fixed the problem. Our toilet had to be reset and they did it in like 15 minutes. The sewer smell went away almost immediately. Highly recommended.
