I found them on yelp and I needed a 2nd opinion quote as the first was really high that the buyers got and very outrageous. I was selling my house and needed a sewer pipe fixed as the tree roots had broken the clay pipe about 7 to 8 feet deep. I was in escrow and needed it fixed quick. They came in 1 day dug a trench and fixed pipe closed it back up and cleaned up the mess all in one day. I recommended them to my neighbor as well because they have the same issue. I would use them again. Very efficient and priced well. They don't take advantage of your situation.

Scheduled the appointment and a two man crew arrived. Ozzy and Jesse. These guys absolutely did not mess around. In quick order, they assessed the best route of attack for my severely clogged kitchen drain that has been the bane of my existence for 2-3 years. They hydro-jetted the pipe and in literally seconds I had an open flow on my drain that I have seen in at least a year. They were both professional and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Jesse and Max from Drain Brothers came within 30 minutes of calling and had my new hot water heater installed and fixed up within 3 hours. Ozzy came out personally and refunded me the $150.

I did have to fix the toilet myself, but that was relatively straightforward. (The flange wasn't broken, the bolt had just slipped out of the notch, and I replaced the wax ring with a more modern gasket).

I am rating the service based on the attempt to make things right and overall good attitude. I think my issues were unusually difficult, and an honest effort was made to resolve them.

Updated-

The toilet apparently became unseated during the vigorous attempt to unclog it, and it is now leaking from the bottom onto the bathroom floor.

This leaves me worse off than before I called, and out $150.

Jesse did try very hard, and I will try to contact Drain Brothers and resolve this tomorrow, so hopefully this update will be revised again.

This review is for the effort put in, not the outcome.

Jesse came out to resolve two blocked drains (a tub and a toilet in two different buildings) and a possible blocked pipe leading to low pressure on the cold water in a shower. He worked hard trying to clear the blockages, and had a good attitude the entire time, given that it was quite a hot day.

Unfortunately, he was unable to fix either drainage issue, which possibly was due to the blockage being too far down the pipes, as he could only get the snake a few feet into either drain.

He removed the handle for the cold water in the shower and checked to see if there was a solution to that issue, but that was also something that could not be solved at the time of his visit.

He did put in quite a bit of effort, and worked for about an hour and a half trying to help. He requested $150 for his time attempting to unblock my drains, which I paid and seemed fair.

While none of my problems were fixed, I do think he did his best.
