Due to the heavy rainfall, there was water seepage in the middle of an extension (formerly atrium). There were no leaks anywhere. Our neighbor looked at the outside drains and suggested it be drained/cleaned out. We checked Yelp and called Drain Brothers. Ozzy (one of the brothers/owner) initially said he will be arriving around 5-6 pm same day. I said yes, but told him it will be dark by then. He called back and said he will be at our house in 20 minutes. They inserted the 4000 psi equipment & drained all three of our outside drainages. There was so much dirt/mud that came out of that drainage near the water seepage at the extension room.
We have not had that outside drainage cleaned in the 23 years we've owned the house. Hopefully, it fixes our issue.
After they were finished, they cleaned all the debris, and showed me the clear water that was now coming out of the drains.
I highly recommend this small business. They are quick, reliable, professional, & pleasant.

Two guys came this morning to unclog kitchen drain. I called around 9:30am, they were before 10:30am and finished the work. I was totally impressed with their responsiveness. Opened my clean-out near the kitchen and snaked approximately 20 feet until all clear. I will definitely be using them again.

I had a toilet that needed snaked. Originally they quoted $99, but when they got here, after working on it for an hour and a half due to my old rusted pipes they were not able to get at the clog initially. Even Ozzy showed up on his day off to help his team. They finally had to create an access from the laundry room, by opening up another pipe, and then were finally able to remove the clog after being here for almost three hours. Ended up only charging me $250, even though the problem was more involved than a simple snake and required accessing the pipe through a different direction.

I really appreciated their persistence on the problem, and also still keeping the cost affordable despite all the extra work it involved. I would definitely hire them again.

My toilet and sink flooded at 3 AM after a hard night of partying, I had a date coming over at 4 AM she was coming in a Uber. I had seen an ad on the Internet earlier the day before and the name drain brothers stuck in my head because it was catchy. I thought I give the number a text because the ad had both a work and a cell number. I got a reply within 10 minutes and one of the workers was actually nearby. Point being everything got cleared and my night ended splendid.
