Main sewer line got clogged in my house. After messaged Trieu, he responded promptly and had appointment set up the next morning. Trieu is professional and knowledgeable. After physically inspected my issue, he pointed out the potential cause and the resolution.

He did hydro-jetting with camera to unclog the sewer line and identified the misaligned pipe. After resolved the problem, he provided so many useful tips to educate me how to minimize this issue in the future along with different options to fix it for good.

I have had this kitchen drain clog issue for 5 days, consulted ~10 plumbers majority told me they cannot do it, and a few gave me ~$1500 estimate.
My kitchen is on second floor and the drain cleanout is located in the basement. Snake did not work at all because it was all grease clogging. All the previous plumbers consulted either does not have hydo jetting therefore cannot do the work, or cannot do hydo jetting from the basement (will cause a lot mess in the kitchen therefore they claimed a very high price).
Trieu is very experienced in solving clogging issue for multi story townhouse. He's got so many advanced tools and he was able to do hydro jetting from basement. The special nozzle he used for this jetting did not cause any mess in the kitchen. The overall process only took 1 hour. Trieu really delivered his work with quality and speed. Also Trieu charged a very reasonable price.
I will definitely recommend Trieu to everyone that needs plumbing service!

Easy to talk to. Great communication skills. I was stressing out because of a previous tree root problem. Trieu reassured me that it wasn't the tree root but a simple toilet valve and old flapper problem. If there have 10 stars, I will give him 10 here. He came and spend over 30mins to check where my ceiling was leaking on the 1st floor from the 2nd floor.

Excepting to cut a few holes to check where is leaking place on the ceiling on the 1st floor, he has a better suggestion to fix the toilets waxing instant. And then wait for a few days to see if it is continuing leaking water on the ceiling.

However, for the safe side, I hope he could cut the ceiling and check whether have any mold inside of the ceiling where the leaking water place is located on top of the pendant light. and whether the pendant light's electrical wire is ruined or not which may cause a fire.

His quote is very cost-effective.
