My kitchen faucet developed a pretty serious leak. I was referred to Trieu by one of his other clients. Trieu returned my message immediately and we discussed the problem and he offered two options depending on how serious the problem. I'm a renter and needed to work through the landlord for the go ahead. Trieu was very understanding and came by the next day. He was very efficient, organized and thorough, taking time to explain what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Also explaining he guatanteed the work. He cleaned everything after he was done. I messaged over 10 plumbers on Yelp, and I'm incredibly happy I went with Trieu! My shower would not drain properly, and I thought maybe a snake job would be needed to help clear out anything that got stuck in the pipes. I was wrong, it ended up being much worse than a shower clog. The main sewer line was clogged and had to be cleared from below. Despite it turning into an over 2 hour job, Trieu was honest and professional throughout. To top it off, the price remained the lowest out of anyone I contacted by far! He didn't price gouge me like I feared most plumbers would, and he even helped me learn a few things about my homes plumbing system.
