If I had called anyone else this would have been a huge ordeal.

TL;DR my sink is a stupid design and there is no clean-out... because my house is also a stupid design.

Drain Assist wasn't daunted by the stupidity of my house and got my super clogged sink working again for way less money than the multiple plumbers that probably would have had to come out. The solution was to hydro-jet my pipe from the roof vent on my 2 story house.

I called at 7pm last night and Trieu was here at 10am the next day. Clog left our pipes at 12pm and we all cheered. If you've got a clogged sink in the Bay Area, this is the only guy you need to call!

Very punctual and professional with reasonable prices. Trieu was available on Saturday a couple of hours after I requested the service.

Trieu helped us to rebuild two toilets (leaking flush and fill valves) and change leaking angle valves. Additionally, he spent around an hour to find the right part for our toilet tank visiting several stores to make sure to fix it same day.

I also liked his advice and comments how to approach the plumbing issues.
